Probably the noobiest question posted. But everyone has to start somewhere. Not long ago finished an 8 week cut short from 12 Test E with dbol kicker. 600mg a week from week 1-8 and 1-4 40mg dbol. Had my clomid and nolva ready and arimidex. 2 weeks after.. Which is today exactly. Started 100mg clomid 20mg nolva for 2 weeks. Past few days especially felt shutdown every now and then I'd come too and then feeling like shit afterward. Back and fourth etc.
Is this normal? I've heard you shut down regardless because of natural test production being zilch. But I had no idea it would be this bad. Feeling emotional. Lethargic. Weak. Constantly hungry. Lol feel very delicate to say the least..
Any help and suggestions? Thanks

A second run of clomid/nolva helped me a lot. I was so shut down from Deca, that PCT was worth shit!
After a month of PCT, I stopped it and I started Bromo along with DAA & Tribulus and felt a lot of recovery, not fully, but mood was a lot better, libido was not quite there. After my I ran out of DAA (about a month) I decided to start clomid and nolva again and after only 3 weeks I can notice a heck of a lot of difference in recovery. It's only been 3 months from my last pin of Deca (15 week cycle) and for the amount of recovery I've made, I consider it remarkable, just give DAA & Tribulus a run to help your natty Test kick start and jump back on to Clomid/Nolva again to further your levels better. Probably wouldn't have been as bad if you ran HCG during cycle at very low moderate doses around 400 I.Us a week

I'm not depressed mate. I felt shit as ever a few days ago. But it was short lived. My mood drops every now and then. Nothing as severe as depression. I'm still balanced up there. Rational thinking, decision making, communication skills and all that is bang on really. Must of been the PCT kicking in. Hoping its not like that the next pill comes around. Shit that would be a minor inconvenience :/
Yes it's normal. After being shut down hard I had zero desire for sex (which isn't like me) and I was getting bad anxiety. Stick with your pct and follow it though, even when it feels like you may never fully recover, you'll be alright brah
That's got to be shit man. I've still got mojo but its not as frequent. Have to say, I feel a lot better now in comparison to how I felt a few days ago. Dropped a lot of water, surprised how much I was holding actually.

how old are you bro? clomid makes you feel like crap, so that might be a side from it
23 bro and yeah so I've been told. Can see why a lot of pct are nolva only.
It probably is the clomid. Heard about the side effects. If its doing what its supposed to do, I'll see how long I can stick it out. Only 4 weeks to go :/
Some easy things that helped me.... DAA, tribulus, zinc.
Hcg during cycle was key.

Have you had bloods done? What did you use for your AI? What was it? Do you still have some AI? It's really hard to tell exactly what's going on without bloods, but some of what you are saying sounds like elevated estro levels.
Tried for past months before I even started for a proper blood work source. Tried GP and no go. Clued up. Tried a few websites suggested and no, no communication or very little trust. Mixed reviews etc.
I used Arimidex as it says in the post. Used it as and when necessary. Didn't have any gyno but used it as and when felt elevated estrogen levels.
When was the last time you took it? Arimidex only binds estrogen temporarily, so when you stop, you can have a rebound effect. It should be tapered off. I usually like aromasin, because it's a "suicide" AI, which means it won't rebound and un-bind when you stop taking it.
Again, I don't know this is what is happening in your case. It's really hard to tell without bloods. It does sound like you are having symptoms consistent with high estro.
I took 1mg arimidex today along side the starting pct. Usually take it every 3 days but if its 1mg I usually leave it a few days longer.
Bloods. Seems impossible. Everyone is getting theirs but sources I've been provided with were inconsistent. Didn't feel like putting my money into shady people tbh.
