Best way to keep my gains after first cycle?(under genetic potential)
Kind of curious if it's possible to keep all if not most of my gains after my first cycle. I have seen so much different information about it so just wanted to get a updated view. I'd be running a (simple 500ml per week test -E only cycle) do note i'd still be under my genetic potential
I do know that diet and exercise will play a huge roll in this by the way but what are your views guys.
Do i exercise as hard as i can during and after pct?
Should i cut or increase my calories after pct or maintain the same amount?
And any other information that would be helpful to me and any others reading the thread.
ADDED CYCLE INFO
Test E- Week 1-12 @500mg pinning on Monday and Thursday 250mg spread.
OCT- Aromasin starting @week 3, 12.5mg EOD (continued until the end of week 18)
PCT- Nolva 20mg ED, Clomid 100mg ED (starting on week 15)
On week 17 i'll drop the Nolva to 10mg ED and the clomid to 50mg ED until the end of week 18
Diet consisting of at LEAST 2.5g of protein per lb
Will be very clean, 3250-3750 Calories

IMO you need to give your body a reason, as well as the means to keep your gains.
The reason is that you are going to continue training hard and your body will see a need to keep all that new meat.
The means for keeping the gains will be keeping on with your diet and keeping your calories up.
This sounds easy but its a real chore. Your appetite will dwindle down and your beastly drive to workout may fade a little but you gotta push through it and you'll keep some gains.
It's diet that'll help you keep them gains. When I finished I started taking supplements. I didn't use em while on cos I was eating more than enough, but that eat everything in sight feeling I had faded so to keep my calorie in take high I used a build up type supp.
I got 2700 calories from 2 drinks and keep my weight the same, lost muscle tone but stayed the same weight. The little lose of muscle has been replaced by a little fat.
So keep consuming calories and train hard bro, and pray to the gods of mount Olympus every night like I do bro, lol.

SIMPLE...... eat like a horse ..... most folks think they should only eat big whilst cycling.. WRONG!... actually try to increase calories when off cycle because at the end of the day its NOT the gear that brought the gains ... it was the increase in total calories....... the gear only speeded up the assimilation process
Aiming for 2.5 grams of pro is too much bro and will kill your appetite so eating will be a pain in the ass.... aim for a comfortable 1.5Gs pro pr lb and 2.5/3Gs of carbs for great gaining potential..... also another big hurdle which fucks a lot of guys up is trying to consume the massive cals from day one.. WRONG AGAIN!... set your calorific target and gradually eat towards it.. this way it becomes easy to shift 5/6 meals pr day with a constant appetite.... i know guys that have kicked off on day one, shifted5 or 6000 cals then been ill for 3 days from over eating .
BEAR IN MIND... EVERY LITTLE CHANGE ADDS UP TO A BIG CHANGE IF KEPT CONSISTANT.
