Need diet help

I'm just starting my 8 week cycle of 100mg prop EOD, and 75mg Anavar ED. I weigh 180 around 11-12%BF and would like to end this cycle at around 190 @ 8-9% BF, or a bit lighter but just as cut.
My TDEE according to Bodybugg is 2900 averaged over 21 days.
My diet is as follows
On workout Days 3600 Calories 350+/300/75 p/c/f
On off days 2900 Calories 320/285/71 p/c/f
That averages out to around a 3300 calorie surplus... I was wondering if I should increase my calories anymore to attain my goals... I do not want to gain 20lbs and have to cut after this cycle. Weight is not my primary goal, muscle gain and bf loss are. In essence i want to recomp but gain about 10lbs of muscle.

mh001I think im gonna go with a 3600 calorie diet everyday too keep the surplus around 700 calories... Any thoughts on that idea?
