Just wanted opinions as I have noticed a few old injuries coming back. For those who are a little challenged mentally like Rusty Nails here who wants every detail including what I ate for breakfast that day. I am referring to nagging sport injury

no, but what it does do is remove estrogen from your joints, which is bad, especially if you have beat yourself up in the past.
