In between cycles getting ready for a lean bulk cruising on Kodiak Sustanon at 250mg per week. Just finished some Prop And Sustanon from Kodiak with some Andromix from Naps. Down to a solid steady 200lbs and maintaining! Just finished Abs today!

Lean bulk?? Cut another 30lbs and get some definition and below a 25% bf. bulking of any sort at your bf is a terrible idea. And mma? Stick to fasted cardio like all the guys said.

AnonThanks bro I'm on a calorie deficit at the momen just got over the flu and a ear infection so diet has been shaky but I plan to get it back here within the week I lost some muscle but not much I'm eating crackers and soup at the moment lol
