+ 6 New guy and Probably the oldest guy here

ad

66 years, 170#, 5'7" and while I have never been a competitor, I have been lifting off and on for the last 40 years just to maintain health. Just in the last 4 to 5 years, have been going downhill rapidly. Not able to increase lifting weights, easily injured, joint pains and worst of all, sex was down to about twice a week, sometimes a whole week without. The bothersome thing was listening to my wife accusing me of neglecting her or having a girlfriend.

Just started Test about two months ago. Had ten pellets of cristalized Test C implanted with a booster shot. Just turned my life around! Also taking 2 iu of HGH but cant say anything good about that. 100 iu's of Blue tops I got from the manager of my gym for 700 bucks. Just ordered RIps from a source on here, hoping for better results on that.
Since I started Test, all my weights at the gym are up 30 to 40%, losing my belly and at last, finally adding muscle!
I am going to add injectable Test and bump my levels up to the maximum recomended range. It was down to about 260, not too bad but I'm used to more. The first two weeks after the booster, life was great. I am thinking like an adolescent again, obsessed with pussy and able to do something about it.
Love this forum, been reading for a while before I joined, lots more to learn.

He gave you Zoloft for depression to help with sex life... aren't SSRI's known to cause issues with libido?

Ambien...lol...yea I take that...makes my sex drive go up but the problem is I Don't remember it... that's stuff is dangerous if your not carefully...I have done some things I would rather not admit while on Ambien....I no longer take it ;)

Trazodone will offer the same thing as Ambien...both are one of the few sleep medications to actually be proven to get your into the REM level of sleep. Trazodone would also help with depression. I would think that would have been a better try than the other??

Most anti-depressants will state they may lower libido but I have NEVER had my libido go down from any medication...I'm 40 but libido is something I seem to always have....I think its more mental at my age than a matter of test levels but maybe I'm just strange Blum 3

I love your posts though and admire you guys for the honesty and sharing....I hope my HGH I just ordered sends my levels through the roof and past the clouds ;D

Personally I think if you want real information you can count on talk to a pharmacist. They will know more. They actually have the ability to deny prescriptions from doctors. Doctors in this country use off-label prescribing and do their own experiments. Its kind of scary. Pharmacist will tell you the facts and know the actually compounds properties and behaviors.

I ask my pharmacist for advice then tell my Doctor what I want to try..:)

Glad to read a person 66 years old commenting experience. Great post, this makes me think think consider starting with GH, because lately I'm starting to feel stagnant and injuries more easily.
thanks and good luck

After reading your post, I realized that in 3 months of taking HGH Rips from Muta, I have had no minor injuries, aches or pains from lifting. Hmm...cool.

Cool indeed. I wish I could say that. Just since I started TRT, the weights got so much easier, I have torn one of my shoulder muscles completely in two, right in the middle. I didn't know muscles did that. The doc showed me on the MRI and said as long as It wasn't causing me too much pain, just leave it alone. The other muscles would take up the slack. The joints are what is painful. That and the tendon inside my right elbow. Just hurts when I am working out though. I have cut back on the weights and just do more reps. Didn't really have much choice but everyone said "Hey, good choice, thats what you have to do." As though I was really smart.

shelby, how goes it? Wondering if you like the rips yet or not? Been a few months, right? Thanks man.

randys52's picture

GEEZ man. Glad you told me that. I heard of one guy who actually broke the bone in his arm lifting too heavy of weights and it popped through his skin. Thanks man

Been there brother....you can recover....I've done it...takes time and patience...and often special exercises you normally may not due to strengthen other area to compensate for the injury. +1

Got to be careful at our age... TRT increases muscle strength but the tendons are much slower to train since they have very little blood supply compared to muscles. For sure, HGH will help since it speeds repair and has more effect on those semi-soft tissues like tendons and ligaments than testosterone. I suspect your generic HGH is at least grossly underdosed if it is HGH at all. Find a source of legit brand (preferably Rips or Hyges) and then confirm with blood test. Either serum GH or IGF-1.

EQ is also know to repair connective tissue...asis Deca but contrary to most beliefs if you look at medical papers EQ does actually have a higher property for repairing connective tissue.

Excellent point about being careful brother....hell not even just our age...I ripped my major pectoral tendon on my 2nd cycle benching. I was told heavy lifting would never happen again. I was in a body sling for 8 months. They recommended 1 yr and another yr of therapy. I went for 3 months never went back....went off AAS for 1 yr then hit it again and benched 315 with no issues at all.

Side note: I am 40 and that was 20 yrs ago Blum 3 315 would probably break my chest plate in my present condition:) BUT we shall see!

Welcome my friend. ... there is great information here and if you need anything ask. .....

Welcome brother. You're gonna love the rips. I'm running 2ius ed right now and my overall sense of well being and feeling good is fantastic. I'll bump it up to 4 or 5 iu's later this spring. Try to talk to your doctor about going on the shots only. The pellets are ok, but can have there own set of issues. Don't waste your time on the cream. Very ineffective from what I've experienced. Good luck brother and great to have you here.

Hey man, I was taking Rips for 8 months (about 2 ius a day) and ran out about a month ago....not sure, but think I feel WAY older and need to reorder

pathtaker's picture

HGH is a long-term game. Need to be on it year-round unless you are less than 35 years old. Studies show you keep making improvements for at least 2 years and there was no indication that it stopped then!

randys52's picture

Yea man I can't afford right now but I can "feel" myself aging without it. Soon. Thanks man

Welcome shelbyclay! Stay away from generic HGH. I have never seen good bloods on this site from ANY generics. Riptropin and Hygetropin have been posting real good numbers. Rips are usually higher in HGH Serum tests but vary. Hygetropin remains consistent in the 20s. Be careful bringing those weights up too quick Bro, the muscles can handle it but the Tendons need more time to strengthen and joints can be a problem also. Good Luck!

Boy you sure hit the nail on the head with those recomendations. Wish I had read them before I tore myself up! Sore shoulder joints, painful tendon and one muscle torn quite in two! I am paying attention now though.
