i am shooting for a clean bulk with a 30 day cut at the end. my body responds well to gear and i dont get many sides. i did a ton of shit while on my 3rd cycle and didnt have many sides until i fucked with the tren. and even then it was manageable. i would appreciate any feedback. oh and my diet is ok. i dont count calories or grams of protein. i just try to eat healthy and 6 or 7 times a day. i supplement my meals with 3-4 protein shakes a day. 1 gal water, daily multi, milk thistle while on orals. My supplement whore buddies think i should do ketones or some shit from wk6-12 to help the winny but who knows. All that supp shit is garbage!! high protein good carbs low fat, good sleep, lots of sex, and heavy stuff. that is all Fuck a BCAA or test booster

another thing is your water intake i always see guys saying they drink a ton of water a whole gallon thats not enough i drink about 3 liters during my training alone so i would aim for 2 gallons a day

a couple things you say you are shooting for a clean bulk but you have decca and d bol in your cycle also i would either have the dbol or the test p not both, pick one for a kick start and make sure you have all your gear and proper pct before you start your cycle and research pct because your on your 5th cycle and your still only 200 at 6-1
lost a lot due to injury and lack of time for gym. work too much. if i had time to stay with it id prob be around 215. and 2 of the 5 cycles were garbage yielding very little if no gains. the first was when i was 19. and has been sporadic since. i may be 205 but a little too flabby for my likens
extend your test two weeks longer than deca. And I would use a higher test dose. Also run your winstrol from weeks 9-13 or 10-14 for a smoother transition to pct and as a backend(like a kickstart but at the end to further gains while hpta down)

RustyhookerYour cycles are not in any way well versed or researched. Your proposed cycle will not yield clean gains. Strongly suggest you run a basic cycle and clean diet. Simple prop, test e and var if bf is low.
