too little e2? Halt in muscle gains?!
First cycle, Kalpa test E 500 mgs a week. Took aromasin 12.5 mgs ED for the first 4 weeks. Got bloods done and e2 was at 37.6 so it was in range. My question is I feel like I was exlopding in size and strength the first 4 weeks or so, but after that I feel as if my gains are harder to come by, calories are 4,500-5000 and I have a day rest in between training, nothing has changed besides after I got my bloods back I thought 37 was a little to high so I upped my aromasin dose to 3/4 a pill. Im wondering if I drove my e2 too low and thats causing a halt in muscle gains? Also notices at half a tab of aromasin I had the typical gym rage that was great, and sex drive was through the roof, seemed as if that stopped around the time I upped my ai... Also is it prossible to get estrogen related gyno if your E2 is in range? Like how high would it take if you were susceptible to gyno for it to form? Im assuming a couple points outside of the normal range wouldnt cause it. it would have to be a lot out of range?

Yes, having too low estrogen will inhibit gains along with no sex drive.
What if its to high?

What about being really tired all day
RustyhookerI was really tired with low estro on last contest prep. But mineral/vitamin inbalances can do that as well. Stress, lack of sleep, diet, low/keto carbs....many causes. How was your bloods last?
Haven't had them done yet but I'm about 5 weeks into my test/eq cycle and this past week I haven't wanted to get out of bed and just always tired, also took dbol for about 3 weeks. I have never been so tired like this on a cycle so this is new for me
RustyhookerE2 too liw will stop gains. Keeping it up at the mid high 30's is fine. Estro will keep joints lubed, liad water into cells etc. Cells liaded with water have more bang. Of course we're not talking edema or bad bloating.

RustyhookerOn cycle a pound a week with a dry stack is the norm so if things slow then it's excellent you're reviewing to Max the positive gains. On dbol or wet stack the gains on scale will be a bit higher obviously. You'll do great bro!
