Lost 10 pounds 2 weeks into PCT

Start weight 166 8% fat at 5.9
After cycle 178 fat = ?
2 weeks into pct, back to 168

Strenght: Bench press 315 x 5 during cycle
Now, I struggle to do x3 of that

I'm actually eating MORE than on cycle, I sleep a lot, like 10 hours a day. Workout during pct is 30 minutes intense with heavy weights low reps.

This is my SECOND cycle (Test 500mg/week, kick started with Methyltren+SD)
Ran a cycle like 5 months ago, Test 500mg/week only. Had good gains, 15 lbs, kept 13.

I have little bones, my weight was 110 lbs 6 years ago. Been training natural for 5 years.

PCT is clomid 100 50 50 50 Nolva 40 20 20 20, using tribulus and creatine to help.

So can anyone enlight me on that?

There is plenty of things that could be wrong her but my thought is that you did not gain anything on your cycle but water(and weight of fat from BF% drop).What AI did you use on cycle? Sound like you lost a ton of water. post up pics of gear you was on.

First cycle I used arimidex throught the whole cycle. Didn't use arimidex this cycle and yeah I had a bloated face and from the Methyltren+SD, I got like 11 lbs the first 3 weeks than after a week I had the biggest piss ever and dropped 4 lbs, then Test E kicked in and I got the 4 lbs back. But now jeez I lost some serious size. Don't think all I had in term of gains was water because my DB military went from 80 lbs to freaking 100 lbs lol. Even did 105 lbs x5 once.

You guys think I should start drinking a gallon of milk a day? I have my hand on some S-4 and Osta, should I start using these to get my weight back on a bit or will it slow my recovery? I'm really eating a shit ton :S yesterday I had like 3k cals in my body already then went to a friends house and cooked MASSIVE burritos, prolly ate like 0.7kilo of lean beaf and still, I lost 1 pounds!

You could try running a SARM. I personally would not use S4. Can mess up your vision, it is only temporary but it still sucks. Ostarine (MK 2866) is also more efficient and it's androgenic effects are targeted only on muscle tissue. S4 affects non-muscle tissue as well. If you're trying to bulk, you can try running a 4 wk cycle at no more than 25mg. That appears to be the dose where some shut down can start occur, so since you are in PCT, you can't afford to have any more shutdown. Don't expect miracles though.

I wouldn't use S4 for bulking. S4 is better as a cutter or a lean recomp. Osta is stronger and will work better for bulking.

How long did you run cycle for?
Possible that your clomid/Nolva might be bunk
Your in a very catabolic state during PCT. Lifting intense with heavy weights may be just increasing the catabolic state and not allowing you to recover properly. Try adjusting your workout to a more moderate intensity (8-12 rep range) and then step it back up once your hormones are in check.
Eating more doesn't necessarily mean you are eating better. Keep that protein intake around 1.5grams/lb bodyweight.

What was your PCT protocol when you kept the gains. Did you eat the same as you are now, work out the same, etc? I always keep logs so I can look back and see what worked and what didn't. If your diet and workout this PCT is the same as last PCT, then I would be really suspicious of your clomid/Nolva.

Used the SAME clomid/nolva than from my first cycle. I know it's not bunk because the source is legit and I'm using the same bottle as of last cycle!

Verify your pct gear is legit?

Increase cals 5000 + and protein to abnormal high levels 2.5g per lb body weight
It probably your diet dude
I spend 100+ week solely on personal protein dishes on top of my life's daily nutrition
Drop those dollars on some FUCKIN big beef slabs and watch that shit come back

Remember this the body only has so much muscle fibers
They are from birth
Thus they become bigger and smaller at different times in life
Your weight is still inside you exploit it
The term muscle memory is a general term to describe this phenom
Drink gallon milk every day for 10 days +

Get bloods done to see where you are at in a few weeks time
Maybe read bout HCG and continue pct get your natty production back ASAP
You must be shut down

Could be water weight, could be that your nova, Clomid is fake. Also, if youre very low on carbs you could lose.substantial weight in a small amount of time so carb carb carb
