+ 4 EROIDS MEMBERS PICK EBC WINNERS
We will begin voting capability for Eroids members effective Monday January 14th 8AM CST and end Wednesday January 16th at 11.59 PM CST.
Once the program is uploaded and widgets in place full instructions for voting/rating contestants will update in this thread. We are in an awsome evolution of the entire EBC program so changes can occur if they arise in this intro period.
Contestants themselves will be blocked from voting at all.
Your task as a member will be to deliver fair and unbiased voting and our contestants deserve that from us no matter who your friends are. On that note, other members will not know who you cast your ratings for or how high the marks you gave. You will attempt to follow a rating protocol we have designed to create fairness and attempt to remove bias that we all have , even if not conscious bias.
Once all the votes/ratings are complete and or time expires we will take the top 10 rated contestants and deliver them in no order to our judges. We have chosen 5 judges with experience and fairness in mind. Our judges will use the same criteria as members and rate each contestant in the top 10 in 5 categories. This process will complete judging and deliver our top 5 winners in order.
Collectively as a community we will judge and deliver the winners in order on Saturday January 19th 2013. Watch here for all updates and be ready to vote! We need our entire community to participate and continue together to build the EBC program as well as this great community we know as Eroids..THIS IS A BIG DEAL!
Thank You all for your participation on site and in the community in general. I want special thanks to go to GS and BFG for all the amazing help and idea's. BFG has been a great deal of help but in addition, he has to build programs and do enormous amounts of work to accommodate all the damn fun we have here and all the idea's we produce. He is also credited for pushing bringing you as a community in so that we can all participate in the EBC program.

tread-mI might say hold that thought CD. The scoring system is one that guides you to a score for each contestant and once you see it you may feel you could score each fairly including those you helped. If when you see the system and how it guides you to the score you still feel there is room for bias then I understand. We have all helped all these people or many of these people and myself included and I assure you, I will score each on the exact merit of the questions that guide me to my rating. If I could not I would not judge either. I'd say wait and see the system though, if you still feel this way then I get it.

These guys/gals competing in the EBC have been working their asses off for this competition. Some to the point of exhaustion. Sources putting up bucket loads of gear. The least that eroids members can do is take a few minutes to browse through the pics and give an unbiased vote. Most eroiders spend time on here every day whether its browsing through pics or shooting the shit in off topic. You can take the time to vote! Eroids is about to take another leap toward AAS website superiority with the new coming features. This place has done a lot for a lot of people. Consider this a way of giving back. As stated already, integrity is the name of the game.

Happy days. This is awesome. The amount of gear available to the winners is off the charts. Open a few pics look at them even jot something down on a sheet of paper to jog the memory about that competitor. Just think if you put the effort in this time around when it comes to your turn to be in the EBC would you expect anything less from all the other members?
All MODS will be working overtime to see that the system built by BFG, Treadster and GS is implemented correctly... INTEGRITY is the key here ladies and gents! if we all want the EBC to grow and evolve we must all take an intelligent and mature overview of the situation.. we are trusting the community to step forwards at this time and show just that!

Sounds great involving the whole community! As a recommendation if you can have the final posts made side by side it will make it a lot easier on everyone voting. It is a not easy just comparing the beginning and final pics for the few that have completed so far. I don't think if it is in the same format, having to open 14 or so pics, flip back and forth between them, for 30 contestants, evaluating 5 categories....... I don't think very many community members will go to the trouble. That is a lot of review and I would anticipate some may simply start clicking boxes just to get through all if they even complete all. Just a thought to consider. phil113kgVery good point Gfit. I had the same thoughts about this subject as well. Flipping back and forth is a pain and I need to rely on memory when it comes to comparison.
Maybe BFG sees this and clarifies if its possible so close to the judging. Tread and I have zero ability to change anything website format. Only BFG has control of that.

I did send a PM to BFG asking if it was possible. I'm the last guy to ask about tech stuff. But I imagine to do this would require some website format stuff. I truly have very little understanding of software writing and website formatting. If those are even what it's called:-) Lol

Sure can we delay the judging to six months:-) that's how long it will take to do every single matching pic entry/final for every single contestant that finishes:-( damn u bossy and sexy but fucking way more bossy than sexy. I'd have to quit my job to do all that work homie slice.

This is a good step in the right direction which allows the sources to feel a bit more comfortable in sponsoring any future EBC. My hat's off to the brainiacs behind the scene. Good job!!

Since I've been on this sight one thing I realized....95% of the members are mature fair and intelligent which allows a system like this to work which is fantastic that we will work as a group. Are you saying you don't like me :( lol totally joking w you!

Maybe Joe tells his buddy he voted for him but his integrity would not let him actually pull the trigger and rob the hard work from those who beat joe's buddy.
