ideas for early morning protien shakes.

I work on an pipeline so i work out in the morning at 4am. It is hard to eat something that early so i just drink a shake i was just seeing if you guys had any ideas for a breakfast shake with different ingredients adding things to the shake. Thanks for your input.

I just chuck in whey,creatine, bcaa ,carbs and some aakg. With a multi viatimin.
8 oz skim milk 40 gr whey protein 1 cup oatmeal 1/2 banana 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt or cottage cheese blend and enjoy:)

2cups of oats...yougurt.....50g of whey.
Skim milk, fat free cottage cheese, peanut butter, old fashioned oats(raw), few ice cubes, banana, and vanilla whey protein.
