Rich boy food!! j/k Seriously, My philosophy has come to a point when not cutting, just eat... Alll dependant on ones goals though? Soy isn't bad. Better than vodka dont sweat it bro... try the vanilla flavor. I never tried it? A good friend says it tastes like ice cream. he says he puts it on wheat squares (no sugar) or mixes w/ oats? He likes it. I cud splurge, but where I am it's like $4.50 1/2 gallon and milk is 2.99/gal. I drink about 3 1/2 gallons a week.

silverback89soy = estrogen. well actually the chemical structure of soy is almost identical to estrogen. read up a lil more on it hommie. also almost all soy that comes in to the U.S is GMO genetically modified organism.

i know silk has no gmo.. but are you saying drinking soy milk willraise estrogrn levels????
I would really like an answer to this question myself. I mix my whey protein with soy milk sometimes. I love my silk milk, would be a sad thing to have to do away with it.
