EPO and other blood dopes
ad
I am taking an interest in EPO and wondering if anyone here has any experience with it. I have learned in my specific sport that I am clumsy and less agile when I'm all juiced up. My endurance also suffers while on cycle.
I was thinking about trying a cycle with a lower dose of Test E (300-400mg/wk as opposed to the 600/wk I've been doing) and trying out EPO. I haven't strayed to far from the good 'ol Test E, tried some dbol, some Test suspension (fucking phenomenal!) but thats about it.
What do you guys think about blood doping for endurance?

Try out beetroot juice first, it has a similar effect with far less side effects.
500ml before you train/run/cycle and make a log of the performance differences.
Someone posted that 70% of the Olympic competitors at the 2012 Olympics where using it to great effect.
There is now good evidence that beetroot juice, through nixtric oxide, improves athletic performance. The effect must not be exaggerated, however. Use in addition to EPO, is my suggestion!
Lots of misinformation here. EPO is not dangerous at all as long as you monitor your hematocrit level. I've been doping for over a year and the effect is dramatic, really dramatic. I got a complete set of PBs this year. Just to give you an idea, I went from 39% to 50% hematocrit. Heart rate at an easy 7min/mile running pace decreased from 140 bmp to 129 bpm. I calculated that my performance has increased by about 5%.
Contact me if you want sources.
I sent a friend request, or you can email me at [email protected] I'm also a long distance runner and would like to share some info/experiences
cdaddy7Definitely to be regularly monitored by a physician regularly with labs done as well regularly...That is the only way to do so safely
Whilst I agree about needing to monitor hematocrit levels, it's not always practical for people to do that. Without regular monitoring, blood viscosity can increase rapidly resulting in strokes, heart attacks etc. Without being under complete supervision a professional who knew you were using EPO, is the risk worth it?
Have you heard about EPO Sudden sleep deaths? It has killedat least 18 pro cyclists in the past fifteen years, and the development of antibodies directed against EPO. In this later circumstance the individual develops anemia as a result of the body’s reaction against repeated EPO injections".
EPO is medically considered blood doping for those with a "win at all costs" mentality.
Still think it's not dangerous at all? I wouldn't touch it.
Rubbish. You are trotting out the same old wive's tales you find over the internet. You need gob-fulls of EPO to get into dangerous territory (60%+ hct) and research papers have fully documented that Hct cannot be made to rise rapidly e.g. dosing 10,000iu a day will not yield a significantly faster rise in Hct than a much lower doses. The rise is always steady at ~2% a week max and can easily be monitored with a cheap spinner.
Just sent you a friend request. Sorry to kick up the old thread but I'm very interested in some of your knowledge about EPO and have some questions for you if you don't mind.
Hey bro good to see other endurance athletes on here!!! Im on my 4th cycle right now - 13 weeks into 250mg of sust & 800mg EQ a week. I ran a previous cycle of EQ and didnt care for it but this cycle has produced amazing results. Im a cyclist but put an end to competition this year(my girlfriend is pregnant and decided to spend more time with her than traveling around racing) But in training I have been putting in amazing rides. This will def be my go to cycle for my fitness peaks next season. I considered EPO once and am glad i chose this route instead. Unless your livleyhood is racing the risks are just too high. Just my opinion but let us know what road you take. Keep the pedals spinning bro
Thanks man! I appreciate your honesty and your willingness to share your insight! I posted this just for some insight on the best ways to improve my abilities. 20lbs of muscle is nice if I plan on looking in the mirror all the time, but it isn't practical for what I do. Plus when my buddies say my neck makes me look like a "Buck in rut", it gets me kind of uncomfortable. So I'll definitely look into EQ now. Once again thanks!
Low hematocrit is not the issue of why endurance suffers on juice. You mess up you die. Unless your sport is an endurance sport like bicycling or running, you are unlikely to notice being on it.
Is it worth a cerebral blood clot?
IMO it shouldn't be done without doctor supervision.
Misdose and thick blood...death. Why not low test/eq? 400/600
You have to take injectable iron supplements while you are using it otherwise you will be pissing your hard earned money away... use the search engine and search epo we have had some really good discussions about it in the last year.
thanks grrrl. i appreciate it.
