1.5kg of Extra Lean Ground Beef
900g of Shells (Pasta)
Low Sodium Beef Broth
50mL of Coconut Oil
Makes 5 servings
Macros:
60g of Protein
80g of Carbs
20g of Fats
Calories: Roughly 740-800 Calories per serving.

that looks like a good starter for vege soup..vege's in stead of pasta.. stew beef (sirloin tip cut up) instead of ground beef, my mouth is starting to water.lol

Adding carrots and celery gives it a very nice taste. Don't cook to long or else noodles become mush. I just freeze them in containers for each day.
