Due to it's half life which is only 9 hours it is best to split your dosage into 3 per day but if you can't do that then 2 is minimal to keep plasma levels as even as possible. By taking 1 large dose a day your body is on a constant roller coaster with spikes and valleys.

It kicks in quickly. I split the dose. 25morning.....25 night. Usually for 4Weeks. End of cycle it dries/cuts ya well. Whats your cycle?

I would take them with grapefruit juice to increase the bio-availability of the drug

Peanut butter and grapefruit juice. Grapefruit gets Winny into system faster. Peanutbutter helps with stomach acid to keep from breakdown.
