everyone is getting tracking numbers tonight if you have not already, they will be all emailed to you, if you order says canceled in the email don't be alarmed the system did this after the update, if you continue reading the email there will be a tracking number in there.

I read below. Below says to e-mail them to find out status of orders. I realize this situation is, in all likelihood, causing them to be super swamped. That is why I'm asking their current response time to customers concerned about their orders in a post after one and only one e-mail.
how often is the sales e-mail checked and replied to?

we work round the clock and are fully staffed on this situation, half shipped today and we are hoping the rest ship tomorrow, then we can come back up stronger and more ready to tackle anything!

Best I can think would be friday, we are making sure we get out all the orders from this weekend first before we come back up.
Since the sale ended early we will have a short one this weekend for the people that missed last weekend, also anyone that made an order and could not login to send us payment info or did send payment info but can't check the status send us an email as [email protected] and we will let you know if it shipped or even give you a tracking number, thanks!

Yeah we are going to have the sale going after we ship and do inventory tomorrow because we were down today, kind of glad we were nearing 300 orders would be crazy shipping so much but I think we can handle shipping what we have tomorrow.
