-1 planning on starting to use protein shakes
I am planning on starting to use protein shakes. I've been reading and I've concluded that: after workout shakes are the best, Whey is what I should use with low fat milk or joghurt. Also, I've found out that isolate is better because it has a fast effect. What I want to know is when to use it, how to make a good shake out of simple fruit and what might be the result. I've been planning to wake up at 5Am, make a shake, drink it and go jogging at 5.15AM, is it ok? and after jogging, I think, I should use a shake too. Before sleep as well?
now, should I use 70g of powder since I weight 70kg? 70 each time or in total/day? If I get like 2% fat milk with bananas and other blend fruit, is that enough? how much fluid and fruits (70/3) on ~23g of powder? If I don't want to have too muscular body like a body builders, should I use soy protein powder? Thanks for trying on answering

That's a good idea you have got.if you have just started weight training then promax is a good choice. although there are other brands and makes out there.
it is also worth remembering that if you want to train to increase your size, like a bouncer etc then maxi muscle do something called cyclone, this gives you the same protein as the promax but also gives you creatine. creatine helps repair the muscles quicker(good for athletes who train every day) as you should normally give your muscles at least 48 hrs to repair. that is why people train one set of muscles one day and then a different set of muscles the next. the only thing with creatine is that it draws water to the muscles, there for retaining water, so you will have to drink more water so your body can have all that it requires. So go for it.
You need more protein to build muscles. eat more meat, eggs and lentils, also take milk and milk products, soya etc. keep it up
did you just really became a member of eroids to learn about protein shakes?
Myobolix-PharmaThis really doesn't pertain to steroid cycles ;)
