5th Cycle advice and Injured

150 lbs
BF% 5-9% (Haven't checked for awhile)
I typically run short esters and do 4-8 wk cycles. I train MMA,BJJ,Boxing,wrestling etc. But I have been injured for 6 wks now. I have a bone spur compressing my spinal cord. Have lost feeling in my left arm (over the last week some of it has returned)Have lost strength in my left shoulder and can see a significant loss of muscle mass in my shoulder/deltoid area. Since I will be out of the endurance game and cardio for awhile Im looking at running a cycle that will and some good lean muscle, keep me in good physical shape and maybe help heal my neck and shoulder a bit faster. I won't be starting my cycle for another 4 wks. I will be starting physical therapy soon and hopefully won't need any surgery. Here are some compounds I have on hand and am thinking of possibly throwing some EQ or Deca into the mix since I have never used them before.

I have Test prop and Test E
Dbol 10 mg pills
50 mg prochem anavar
50 mg prochem stanz
Tren Ace (i ran a brief 4 wk cycle with this at about 50 mg EOD my last cycle and I think it made me depressed and suicidal towards the end? Not sure though because I have alot of shit going on right now. Heavy shit.)
I was thinking of possibly also adding some IGF-1 as well. But I dont want to have too many compounds in the mix.
I have Nolvadex for PCT 40/40/20/20, HCG and Adex to run on cycle if needed or possibly just keep on hand.

So if I could get some good cycle advice it'd be much appreciated! I think I hit just about everything.

will you be able to work out (weight lifiting) in you current condition ? if not there's not point on running a cycle , I would wait until Im fully recovered to run any cycle .

I dont know enough about the HGH or peptides but if I where in your shoes thats what I would be researching.

As far as keeping muscle without being able to workout? well I think we would all love to know how that can be done!

As for limited ability to work out and maintain muscle, in your field, first I would say check into EQ no ester! there is a source on here that was running a cycle of this stuff and said he was gonna be carring it so if you want to know more PM me and I can give you the hook up.

T-bol 30mg/d w1-4
test-p 75mg/EOD w1-8
EQ no ester(research first cause I have heard bad stuff on it) 75mg/EOD w1-8

Remember this is an idea but research options first!

Thanks guys. Yes I can do some workouts. Also my thoughts are when I am rebuilding the muscle in my neck and shoulder I figured I could use a little more for protein synthesis and faster healing. I can work mainly legs and abs right not. I have been cycling and swimming too. Swimming is a hell of alot harder than you would think and it will get you ripped. I have used IGF1 before but was never 100% sure it even did anything. What do you mean you have heard bad stuff? For sure I always do my research.

Off topic here but bodybuilders in pre/contest diet will never swim due to the lower water temp makes the body create a thin layer of insulating fat under the skin resulting in less striations showing,just sayin Smile

Well thats a fun little fact! Now Im going to be self concious and think swimming makes me fat lol. What if its a heated pool?
