+ 1 NEED HELP! I am not achieving my cycle goals.
What's up all! Let me start with my stats. I am 33 years old 6ft 2in tall my weght is 265 lbs today _ think my body fat is about 21% percent. I have about 13 cycles under my belt including the one I am on now. My current cycle is 500!/ Sust 250 and 400 mg of Tren E. What my goal is to drop 30 lbs pounds over the next 18 weeks. Here is my problem I am currently on week 5 of my cycle and I am losing the weight but not the buldge in my belly. My muscles are full everything is right but my gutlook like I swallowed a pumkin. My diet is clean I eat 200 -300 grams of protien a day it fluctuates because some days I can't eat. And I get 40 minutes of cardio a day. My workout is good to I spend 2 hours a day 4 days a week in the gym. I can figure out why I can't drop the gut. Do I have a gear problem or a diet problem? Second ly I wanted to know if I could extend my Tren usage from 8 weeks to 12 weeks? This is my first time using Tren so I am confused on how long I can cycle. Some say 8 weeks some Say12 weeks the sides are harsh but it is doing what I need it to do. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Gotta agree with these brothers, Keto will definitely help.. Little to no carbs was rough for me but end result will make up for it! May I suggest ketostix? I used it to help let me know if I'm in the state of ketosis or not.. Not sure if the rest of you used it before, but it really helped me knowing the fact that I'm burning fat.. Basically w ketostix u urinate on a strip which turns a certain color indicating if u are in a state of ketosis or not.

At first it was frustrating for me because I couldn't hit the keto state , they say some may take longer then others to get in that state. It was true while it took a friend of mine to hit ketosis sonner than me. Check out dangerouslyhardcore.com, and bodyrecomposition.com. they are basically both evolved versions of duchaine's body opus. Cyclical ketogenic diets suck, but they are very effective. I dropped from 235 to 193 that way. Best of luck on your cycle.

tread-mYou have to manipulate the carbs more. As you get 4 weeks out from the end of the cycle you really have to play carb games to make it dial in. Heres the thing, with most people the gut is the first thing to come when you gain weight so it is the last thing to go when you lose. Dial in the diet big time in terms of clean and work those carbs down other than essential. Yes, drop calories if you already have the size you need, this will allow the cut to happen faster. That gut will go if you are losing weight , its just going to be the last weight to drop. 30 pounds in 18 weeks is nothing brother, I dropped 32 pounds in 30 days once so dial this in and get rid of that shit so you can get back to what you love working those muscles. Stay focused though sounds like its coming off.
So it is just the diet then should I run the tren for 12 weeks or is that a bad idea? Because I thaught it was the Tren E making me lose weight.
tread-mI don't push that much but I run it that long. I'm conservative though so I don't tend to push numbers that give the "big" sides. If you're pushing big numbers then 12 is too long. It helps brother and of course the lower your bf the better it works. I'm near singles when I roll tren so it pulls me to singles quick. So in your case for fat loss you may be getting 10% of the good I might geg...its still 10% though. But yes, diet is the whole deal, tren won't be in your life 12 months out of the year so you have to find a diet that keeps your goals. That diet will achieve the goal and keep it. Your situation is a little unique in that yyou have the size you want so again, take the cals down and minimize the carbs , get to your goal as quick as you can and then work the diet that keeps you there year round. Then when you cycle its all about quality and not this waste the whole cycle trying to burn fat. Not a total waste, you are recomping as you cut so make it happen and then KEEP IT with hard kitchen and gym work.
Thanks bro that put into perspective for me. Do you know of any diets that can be maintained year round. I cant lie there is no way I can maintain what I am on now. I am getting tired of grilled chicken breast, cod fish, yams, rice, and brocolli. LOL! I could do it if could add like bbq sauce or something to make it taste good.
sgtstedankoX2... If I were you (not you big T) I'd so a body opus type of keto diet for the last 6 weeks or so. Minimal trace amounts of Carbs. No juice, fruit, starch, milk, or most veggies. If you absolutely can't function w/out the Carbs, only consume smaller amounts b4&after hard workouts. Keep working hard, brother. Rome wasn't built in a day, neither was your belly! Stay after it; your persistence will pay off. 45 min cardio 5 days per, will help immensely.

65% fat
30% protein
5% Carbs
Consuming less Carbs, will reduce the insulin produced by your body. Less Insulin will help you achieve your goal, because insulin causes excess blood sugar to turn to fat : ( & stop the fat already there from bwing burned as fuel.
Start Sunday @ join, or no later than 7pm
Mon: total cals should be no more than your normal maintenance level pounds (x12)
Training day1(mon) 1/2 body workout. Chest, shoulders, traps, abs, tri's.
Food types: eggs, meats, Bacon, sausage, burgers (no bun) fish, oils!
No Carbs! 0! None!
Tues, same diet. Training, work the other half od your body. Back, biceps, calves, etc.
Wed: same diet 45-60 cardio. No training
Thurs: same diet. 45-60 min cardio. No training
Fri: 2hrs b4 workout. Raise blood sugar out of keto by eating 150 or so cals from quinoa
Do a hardcore full body Carbs depletion workout a couple hours
Sat: continue no Carbs diet, cardio
Sun: Carbs glycogen super load day. 60% cals from Carbs, 25% pro, 15% from fats.
Last Carbs meal 6pm.
You can *clean up the diet, by eating better quality foods. Chicken boobs, turkey boobs, tuna, fish, etc.(& have all your fats come from flax & mct oils) what I do.
Makw sure to add anti estrogens to your cycle(which yoy prob already are?) (letro, etc, etc, etc)
Persistence, big man, persistence!!!
When I get to Pct, if I were you, I'd switch to 70% protein(turkey) & 30% fat (flax) for the duration of Pct... Keep me informed.

I KNOW ITS crazy how your mind has gotta mess with you like that. just last week i had a dream i owned a bakery and i dont even like glazed doughnuts. I will say to big city that some find it hard to deal with the concept of UPPING the fats while losing the carbs, some will completely drop both and that's a disaster in the making. so be aware my friend and good luck on your endeavors.

sgtstedankoNor a problem. Getting ready to run a primo heavy cycle, of which I do that type of diet the last few weeks or so anyway. I'm in a good mood today : ) I'm a giver... It's gonna suck rocks, brother. Stick with it though. It works. After your cycle swith to this diet, nutrition program. This is what helps me the most. I honestly follow the best basics diet outline most of the year. You may have to run another cutter w/the keto type diet, to achieve your goals. Don't get complacent! No excuses!!!

So are you saying that I should eat less or more? My concerns about the cutting diets that I have found is that the protein intake is 300 to 500 grams of protein and 250 grams carbs ( that's allot of food bro)I am concerned because I am already big I don't want to get bigger I want to trim down.
