So i get people at the gym,ask me all the time about how? Cyco how you get that size,what do you eat or don't eat? I feel bad cause i have to lie. For years i used to stutter at these questions. Do i tell them the truth,or lie. Well i lied,i tell them i eat chicken breast,tuna,steak,sweet potatoes,etc. I knew it Cyco,what supps do you take? Ah i take protien powder,creatine,nitic oxide,glutamine,no-explode etc. Man no wonder your a beast. Well the truth is i eat whatever i have in the fridge,and no supplements. My food menu consist of rice,beans,eggs,oatmeal,and once per week i go to a 24 hr grocery store at 3 am,before the gym,and steal at least one meat,so i can enjoy a steak once per week. For instance monday my six meals consist of white rice n ketchup. Yes all six meals,followed by 16 ounces of water from the kitchen sink,no fancy sterile bottled water. For all who have the luxury of the good food,and supps,perfect living conditions,take advantage of this. It drives me cyco,at the excuses people make,why they can' t go to the gym,or they blame there genetics,i have the worst. Oh cyco how the hell you blast the wght that you do. Whatcha mean,well i seen you banging 315lbs for 10,15,20 reps before,and i noticed your last rep,you let it rest on your chest before explode and scream. Fuck you fat freddy. Well for years growing up my cousin fat freddy,used to jump on top of me,and put his 285 lb blubber on me and beat my ass,broke my ribs,black eyes,wired jaw. At the age of 9 yrs old till i was 15 yrs old. So now when i am benching i close my eyes,and picture him on top of me,and it is do or die. Also you guys see the youtube vids of muscular dudes mostly of minority,at the park working out,or in some backyard. Man what they eat,etc. Well half da time nothing,they like me just put in hard work. Half the time i feel like i am loosing it,at the gym,stomach growling,looking at dudes drinking a smoothie,or eating a protien bar,energy drink. My energy and drive come from my struggles,and demons i keep locked deep inside my soul. So just cause you did not eat your 6 meals,had your protien shakes,or forgot ur no- explode,is not a good reason to skip da gym,or leave early.
