Not a "blends" guy per se' but I like sust just fine and run some prop in between for optimal results (for me). I don't mind ed/eod pinning but for some its an issue. I'd suggest that if ur new or not comfortable with pinning (just yet) stick with the single esters
Nasty81NateI ran the Sus for 12 weeks, but I dipped into a third vial for the last couple of weeks. But 20 ml will last you last you 10 weeks at 500 mg a week if its Sustanon 250. Is it Sustanon 250 or 300?
just because of the eod injections or because of results

Nasty81NateSustanon was great for me for a first cycle. Ran it EOD at 500mg/wk. Ran prop EOD at 600 mg/wk on my second one and have been very pleased. Definitely felt effects and noticed body composition change much sooner that the sustanon, but the PIP with prop is much worse than the sustanon with the EOD injections. Less bloat also with the Prop. Both compounds are great IMO if ran correctly, but if I had to pick one to go with, I'd take the prop anyday.
