Since diet is the most important thing when it comes to bulking I figured id put together so food recipes and other stuff needed to help have a successful diet. Ill try and update it everyday with new ideas and please if anyone wants to add to it be my guest.

AnonOne way to doctor up tuna is put some banana pepper slices in it with some organic dijon mustard and low sodium pickle relish. Spread on some toasted 12 whole grain bread..
OE2000The only way I can doctor up tuna is to feed that shit to the cats and go get a ribeye!
when i go into 'heavy' bulk i usually will rotate between a large baked (sweet) potato or a large pancake right before bed... you'd be surprised at the extra weight it puts on (results vary with metabolism)
Anonvita mix shake...1c whole rolled oats, 3scoops of cyto gainer (malt flavor), 2scoops Whey protein isolate, 2c milk or water.. (if you need the cals use milk) six whole strawberries. 1/2c blueberries, handful of organic spinach, 2tbl organic peanut butter OR almomd butter.. Blend.. drink up ... this makes 2 shakes.

I eat this as a side 2-3 times a day with chicken, red meat, etc.
I just bought a Aroma steamer. I am eating my first meal out of it and it is awesome I took about an hour to cook which was long but I should be able to plan around that no problem. The cool thing is I cooked the entire meal in it. Brown rice on the bottom steamed broccoli on the top along with chicken breasts. It was super easy just through all the stuff in there and closed the lid hit the brown rice button and now everything is cooked perfect. I can't wait make some other stuff in there.
TxBigBoyTry making homemade guacamole and putting it on top of a steak instead of steak sauce. I eat that once a week with 2 sweet potatoes. And I have a glass of whole milk with every meal. I drink probably half a gallon of milk a day.
TxBigBoyI've been doing 2 cups of white rice and 8 ounces of chicken with teriyaki sauce for lunch, normally my preworkout meal. About 100 carbs and 40g prot. Also I drink carbo gainer all day mixed with koolaid.
OAT MEAL OAT MEAL OAT MEAL OAT MEAL, or grits lol, this is my everyday breakfast. if you are wanting to bulk this is a good carb to start your day off, it will also help you later on in the day as it helps with giving you energy
TxBigBoySo since breakfast is the most important meal of the day mine as well post what I eat. I do a meal replacement shake that has 1360 calories, 45g prot, 180g carbs, and around 160-180g of fat(you can cut the fat if you use vegetarian flax). Its 3 little scoops of ON Serious Mass, 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream, 16ounces milk, 1/4 cup of Bear Naked granola cereal and 1tbsp of flax seed oil and I add benefiber for my own need. I blend everything together except flax which drink out of a shot glass with some tomato juice. Tomorrow ill ad more food recipies figured this could just get us started.
