21 Day Diet
Ok I AM NO EXPERT. But the man who designed this most definitely is!He trains A Rod, Cameron Diaz, The Big Show, Denzel just to name a few. He told me to share it with anyone that wants to better themselves. This is the diet that shed 70lbs off my body in a matter of 4-5 months. Granted, alot of cardio was part of the gameplan. But the first 2 months when most of the fat loss occured was by doing circuit training at 6am before my first meal. 15-20 reps, 5-7 exercises per circuit. Body parts were divided amongst the week. multiple meals / meal timing is irrelevant. also a one stop diet for everyone is ridiculous, we all have different daily calorie maintenances and total energy expended daily - aka how many calories you use per day. The diet worked because you were eating at a calorie deficit and were getting enough protein. The fibrous vegetables/ products serve to fill you up/sate you without a calorie or macronutrient value. That's why veggies are so great on a cut, you can eat a lot and they are barely any calories. Most frozen veggies around 320-500 calories per a kilogram lol.
