Am I the only one who has EQ kick in full force on like 4 weeks? Even if I don't front load I feel it big time in four weeks. Seems like it takes everyone a lot longer.
You may feel sides in that time......some do.....some dont.....but eq really dont kick good till around 10 weeks for me...which is why i run a minimum 20 wks
Goid point. I usually notice that fullness and vascularity and thenthe slow but steady strength gains week 5. I guess I'm a lucky one. This time I'm going to pay more attention to how I respond going into ten weeks lime monstar said.
The problem is some people think they know everything. Everyone is different and will react differently. I believe a lot has to do with how much bodyfat you carry. A bigger person won't notice it as quickly. Of course this is just my opinion.
EQ has a half life of 14 days. It takes about six weeks for ME to feel it. The same with deca. Like I said everyone responds differently but you seemed to have missed that.
