It used to be good. Then NOTHING.
Goods always came well packaged.

I have used these guys for years. Communication was reasonable for the most part. An order failed to show up once so I contacted them, they apologised and sent another shipment out right away, so all was good.
HOWEVER....
I placed an order (19/10/15).
I got a reply with payment instructions (21/10/15).
I confirmed the funds had been transferred immediately, no reply (21/10/15).
I gave it a few days.... still no reply or delivery...
Emailed them to ask if they had sent the delivery since I had received nothing or heard nothing from them and the funds left my account on the 21st... still no reply (28/10/15).
I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt but it doesnt look good, does it!?!?!
I'm annoyed because money is really tight and this has compromised my PCT. If they are indeed running away with our money then we should really be doing something about it.
They recently went back to email-only after a pissed off customer ratted them out (they admitted this in a recent mailout) - That's what you get when you upset your customers I guess.
Any ideas?
Order always comes, i have had a couple of delays but he has never let me down the products are as stated on the bottle and work as they should they also do a sale every month or so.

Always get back to me within 24hrs, had a mix up on a order and they put it right and shipped the items.
Shit customer service. Shit communication. Shit delivery times. And even fucked my order up after saying I was over reacting. I ordered 2 tubs of anavex anavar and paid £113 for the 2 plus postage. The e-mail says items will be shipped within 24 hours after payment is received. Payment was made friday, He didn't post until tuesday afternoon. Gave me shit for thinking I've been scammed because he takes 3 days to answer e-mails once he's got your money, then fucked the order up and sent me 1 instead of 2 tubs. Now he's not answering my e-mails again. he's traded on 'reputation' for 5 years. More like 5 years of mugging people off.

Great variety of products, good prices, could not be much happier.
You just have to know which ugl is good to go. And go with pharm grade if possible, in my opinion.
Infinit test 400, bold 200, pharm grade adex and nolva, zydex accutane, ephedrine, modafinil.
Everything fine here, answered all my questions. One or two more updates would be fine but not needed at all.

I made my first order with this guy on 5th Apr for 4 x Infiniti Test 400. After 8-10 days I had received nothing so emailed asking for an update. He said that he had sent the products but was prepared to re-send. The problem was he had no Infiniti left and wanted me to accept a ProPharma test blend which I wasn't happy with.
I believe he never had the Infiniti in the first place (I've never had any gear lost in the post before) and is using this method to try and to push the ProPharma gear out and get decent money for it.
I asked if he would have further stock of Infiniti, which he said should be in after 2-3 weeks or so. I have been sending emails but none of them now getting through.

Although the seller did not send the full order (even though I was told 3 times over a 3 month span the remaining items would be sent) the rest of the process was absoultely fine and the experience in general was ok.
The particular item that was not sent was not in stock when i placed the order (i was unaware of this) and when the order was received by myself it contained a note stating that it would be on its way. Considering the unsent item was of low value, this was clearly not a "scam" and most likely a case of the seller not wanting to go through the hassle of having to send out the item. Either way, it may be best to check that all items are in stock when ordering from this seller.

pharma grade nolva, zydex aromasin
swiftly answered emails, offered an alternative to what i ordered due to low stock, but ended up sourcing it from elsewhere so i didn't have to swap it.
packaged well, wouldn't stand out against another package. Ordered on a Saturday and had it Monday, can't get much better!
would recommend to anyone. This was my first online ordered and it couldn't have gone smoother. Will put in a rating when i next ordered if i have enough karma!
