PLaced an order two weeks ago, sent them an e-mail a week after I hadn't seen any activity on the card I used, no responce. Sent them another e-mail, no responce. I can only say that I wish I'd read here for others experiences. Exactly like MAXAMAX below said, mine is the classic example of not reading the reviews before ordering.
1st order in january, bac water, needles, syringes, and slin pins. they shorted me 40 slin pins. emailed them no response. gave them another shot about a week ago. I made a point to note in the comment box about the problem with my last order saying, "Last time i ordered 50 insulin pins but only recieved 10. Not a huge deal, but just curious as to why? I'm sure it will be fine this time. Thanks for your help!" I didn't ask for a refund, just made them aware of my problem. My order is still "pending", even after another email. Glad it wasn't a big order, because my next one was about to be much larger, could have been a victim of accessory selective scamming? haha
My experience is the classic example of not reading the reviews before ordering. Ordered a month ago they said it would be shipped soon, emailed two weeks later they said it would be shipped again, emailed last week and they finally said they couldn't get 23 gauge pins anymore and that they would issue a refund. Still no refund, its only 16 bucks not much of a loss but its the principle. Guys reap the benefits of this site and see what other users experience with these companies before you order. I made the mistake by underestimating the fact that i was spending so little that bad things couldn't happen.
Ordered pins from this company and it took over 3 weeks to get them! Got my gear from the UK 2 weeks before my pins arrived! I placed both pin and gear orders the same day! My card was charged twice which was refunded, but was still a major hassle! I had to email this company over 10 times "no exaggeration" just to get my purchase completed and card refunded! I was told my card was refunded but of course it wasn't so again I had to contact them! I am NOT one of the those guys that emails over and over to see if my package is boxed, shipped, and or even being processed either! It took 2 emails to order my gear from the UK! I actually had to go to a local pharmacy and buy pins because I honestly started thinking I had gotten ripped off! The whole point of ordering online is so you don't have to go to a pharmacy! I received an email 10 days after payment saying my package had been shipped, meanwhile I was told by this company personally via 10th email, that it would be shipped the next day! WHY WASN'T IT ALREADY SHIPPED, I PAID FOR IT TWICE!!! Upon injection the pins from said company seem to catch while injection versus the same exact size pins from a local pharmacy slide in very smooth! This could be just the way different brands are! IDK! Price was great honestly! I got a 50 pack of 23g and 19g and the pins were cheaper than shipping! The company did come through but my experience was not worth the hassle or the wait! I won't use this company again!!! Very disappointed!!!

I tried to log on to the website using the email I ordered from and when I try to log on it says it does not recognize my email. Also there is no contact number, all in all I would stay far away from placing an order here until they can figure out how to do business the proper way
OK I know its not a review but they have nothing in suppier intro forum but this guy refuned my $$ after i threanted to go to the company that handled the payment option, but now he said my package got shipped (looks like his mistake)and now he is threating me saying he is going to post my contact info on line as well as the other info he has that i provided at time of payment, online on his site if I dont pay him in cash for it, well if he would of asked like a normal person I would of been pissed but would owe him and consider paying it (even though it didnt ship till I started to complain and ask for a refund) STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE THIS GUY IS A DOUCH

My overall experience
Gotta say I am not impressed I ordered this weekend and my order still has not left their facility, I saw a lot of good posts about this site and spoke of their TA times I used them as apposed to the place i normally Get my Pinz because I needed BAC water. I still have not got my stuff but I will not be using them again I have sent some emails and no answer.

Ok well I orderd some pins well over a week ago, never recived them and sent 3 emails that were not answered. Not sure why this is, I finally sent a 4th email, to which the response was"I have not made one dime on you, this site is just a coutesty to my sister site (blah. blah) I have canceled your order and refunded your money. Thanks for at least returning my money. Not sure why shipping my order was not the preferred course of action, I will say this, you are not scammers you just don't know how to treat a customer. Do not bother with these people......

» damn thats still pretty bad. I ordered monday afternoon, tuesday morning got a pending order on my account and still is pending. Emailed them with no answers. They take their sweet time dont care about costumer service. Rather go with tnb they have the best costumer service, gpz is good too.

I ordered December 1st just received today. You can't beat their prices but communication is terrible. They didn't answer one of my emails
just recived my order today. Everything looks great. Shipped discreetly, packaged very well, and only took 4 days. It probably would of only took 3 but I placed the order late at night and placed the order on a holiday week.
just placed an order for 100 Turemo 3ml 23g pins and some alcohol wipes. The total came to less than $24. Love the fact that they do not require a signature.
Great selection and quality. Ordered a 50pack of 23G x 1.5" Terumo Pin Combos + a 50 Pack of 25G x 1" Pin Tops. All that plus quick shipping for less than 18$ Will follow up when package is in hand. (They also take pride in their discreetness, which really helps me out for living with my folks.) I'll just have to say I ordered some new cologne or small car parts or something. LOL
