website redirects to assured-medical, I placed an order on the 7th of may and my order has been marked "pending" ever since, I have sent 2 emails and not heard back from them at all it is now the 22nd of may so I have had to open a paypal dispute due to them ignoring me and not letting me know what's going on with my order, not the best experience when you're waiting on these items to start your cycle
UPDATE
since posting this and opening the paypal dispute my order has been changed to "declined" so obviously they do keep an eye on their emails as it's 22:54 here and the order status was changed in the last hour
now let's see how long they take to refund me my money.

Page now redirects to Assured-medical, this is who I placed my order with.
Order was placed, supplier took 5 days to process/ship it.
After that products arrived fairly quickly.
I cancelled a subsequent order whilst waiting for it to be processed. I wouldn't recommend this supplier to anyone who's impatient.

No response to an inquiry sent whilst waiting for my order to be processed.
Packaging was fine, standard jiffy bag with printed label.
Vials were wrapped in additional bubble wrap.
Relatively expensive and takes a while for orders to be shipped. I believe I'm not the only customer to have this issue. For these reasons I use a different supplier for "accessories".
I placed an order with sms-health.com (company has changed names and so I was redirected to assured-medical.co.uk) on 23/12/2013. My orders status was "processing" for just under two weeks. I decided to chase up my order as I thought this was odd. Got no reply to any emails and was spoken to like a piece of sh!t by the guy I was connected to when I eventually had to ring the number on my Paypal receipt.
I've ended up having to open a dispute with paypal which will take a further 10 days before my refund can be issued.

Zero communication from assured medical (formerly sms-health) other than to say that they had received my payment!!
None of my emails were replied to!
Had to telephone the 0845 number provided on Paypal receipt which put me through to the guy who owns the company! He was extremely rude and unhelpful!
Stay well away from these guys shocking/non-existant customer service
Okay, i needed some bac water and sterial vials for my HCG, so i ordered from SMS. it was easy. I was a bit worried, cause lots of people write bad things about them, but it came through, it wasnt so fast thats true. It took 2 weeks (normally one week from UK to my country).
1 30ml bac water
5 5ml sterile vials
Not needed.
It was extremely well packed, bubble wrap in bubble wrap, so fine.
CheaperPharmaAfter quite an extensive amount of time i received tracking numbers for all parcels. Hopefully things are a little bit more efficient for the future
Got my order next working day to UK, very happy with the service and quality of products.
I have recieved my ordered items in 13 days Eu domestic.Products are good,packages was great,and landed into my doorstep in great condition.Overall positive,can recommend for everyone!
