This is my second cycle, I ordered my first cycle from another source which I received it within a week. This time I ordered from ROIDology because of better prices and good reviews.
I placed my order on 25 Oct, first week passed, I asked whats going on, they said it will be shipped tomorrow or so. Second week they said bustings happend and we are short on some items and we'll compensate the delay.
Yesterdary I suggested let's replace none available items and please ship them this week. He answered ok pick alternatives, ignorantly, not even mentioning which items should I replace and what are the on hand options.
When I asked again, unfortunately from yesterday they aren't responding anymore.
I don't know whats happening here, I just whant to get whatever I paid for.
