About 24 hours considering their location and time difference that is MORE than acceptable. I've dealt with several members of their support staff the resend broken amps/pills they ask you to take a photo of broken stiff which is reasonable so no one is cheating anyone!
It's about 3-4 weeks so give it time but I will provide tracking numbers of previous orders to show arrival times and proof of arrival! These folks are worth the wait!!! They provide trackers for the REGISTERED MAIL option!

I placed a large order towards the end of November, Towards the end of December I received 2/3 of my order. quality of all items received was 10/10. communication was good during the purchase and when I had questions about payment however, the remaining 1/3 I found out got seized and I contacted them with the scanned letter beginning of January, however, I still do not have a tracking number for the last part of my package yet
I will update if I receive the final 1/3 of my order. As of now I would probably hold off on ordering from them. I have tried contacting them multiple times since requesting my reshipment, They promise to reship until delivery although I am not sure if this is actually completely true yet. They did say they would email me the reshipping info in a few days but that was over a week ago.
Who knows they seem for the most part to be a stand up company they are probably just busy right now. I still think I will get the last part of my order it just took longer than I hoped. However, that was due to a seizure, not their fault. I will let you all know how they handle it and keep you all updated if it arrives
**** EDIT: GOT last part of my order they reshipped it for me. Happy with this order and will likely be making more soon enough. Will update on how those go as well. As of currently though- all I can say is they are legit and g2g I would recommend them

Who knows how it works over there but once it reached the us states it took about 2-3 days for it to reach my po box.

If it's what they consider important a John Benson will msg you. Other than that he has his little buddies msg you when they can...usually within day 1-3. It'll just be the same thing though. They'll just tell you to wait. Didn't get tracking number till about a month later. They respond pretty prompt but there's really nothing they can do once they really, physically ship it out.
You can tell/hear it was medicine if you shook it. Wasn't really tight wrapping but durable for the travel it took. "Pakistan Post" stamps on packaging doesnt help.

To be honest I'd made an order with these guys before reading the reviews below - which had I done so, I probably wouldnt have ordered. Still, I was after the Kinz Nalbuphines which are becoming increasingly difficult to find so I guess I was taking a chance.
Anyway, I ordered - received a genuine tracking number about 2 weeks after payment was collected, and just over a week later they were delivered by EMS courier as promised.
Tested the products and they are definately gtg.

Be very cautious! There is something strange going on with these guys. I am still waiting for my order -its been 43 days since they "shipped" it. I have an EMS#, but that's it. These guys have a very slick website and are good at soothing my worries... but still no order :(

Same as others recently. Ordered a couple times in past. Ordered Aug 12th. - gotten 5 emails so far saying i would be given tracking in a couple days. Aug 23, Aug 31, Sept 11, Sept 18, and Sept 21. Some other fourms/sponsors have now removed them.. so.... doubt it will ever come.
I placed an order with www.ourunknownsecrets.com about 2 weeks ago, and still no shipment conformation. It took them about 1 week to let me know the funds had been collected, but no shipment conformation. I got an email yesterday stating they would update me soon with tracking, but now their website says they are shut down. I have ordered from them in the past without any problems, but now seeing these bad reviews from others has got me worried. So far they have responded to me emails, thank god. I'll have to wait a bit longer to see how they handle this situation. I will be sure to share my review with everyone here, and on ever other website that allows reviews.
Just an update, they sent me an e-mail letting me know they have closed their site until their "problems" get worked out. So at least no one else can get scammed. They have assured me they will send me my package once they're back up and running, which could be months! But if you have recently sent money you can pick it up from [CENSORED] if they haven't nabbed it yet. Will keep y'all posted if I ever receive my package.

I have ordered form many sources all over the world that I know to be legit (OTHER THAN OUS) and this is the only time I have not received my stuff and without a customs notice! I have ordered with these guys four times in the past with no issues what so ever. Recently placed my order on Aug 12th, which they received my payment. I have YET to receive it. I've submitted several tickets asking for tracking numbers to see if it's shipped, but nothing. This is what I've gotten three times in response to asking them if my package has shipped- "With apologies,ous is facing some problems we will update your order with tracking in a day or two." they've told me that on aug 17th, sept 4th, and sept 14th. Still no package or tracking. Will be very disappointed if I do not get my package, but will be the last time I order with them...

So i finally recieved my product from these guys for over bout 4 months. Truns out it has been stuck in customs almost the whole time!!! So they tell me i have to have a customs letter. Well i finally get one at the end of April. So i just email them the refrence #. So send it to them, and they mail my package back right away. I get it in like 4 weeks, which is not bad. However, 5 of my amps are broken which only leaves me 5 left. (I got the Test Enth Aburaihan Iran). They have the batch # 9012 on the side of the amp. Im just glad i got something. Most of there products are amps, and pills, so if you don't mind broken stuff its a good place for ya. There prices are good. I had to write that i got my product it has been so long, the stuff looks, and feels legit anways. Just did a good 500mg!!!
baugneshThese guys are 3 for 3 for me, they even reshipped an order that got by customs here at the north pole and it made it through the second time. I've ordered proviron, hcg, xanax, ketamine, restoril, and valuum from them ;) Everything has been on point and pharmaceutical grade. They ARE from Pakistan so keep that in mind. The package that got seized was filled with liquid so I would stick with getting bulk tabs from them and stay light on the amps/vials due to customs. But these guys go above expectations for customer service and you will get notification when your payment is received, order processing, and package shipped with tracking # and any questions are generally answered within 24 hours. Those prices are not too good to be true ;) Give them a try I'm fixing to make order #4.

I am still waiting from my order from these guys. Made my order from them on the 13th of feb, and still nothing! I made on from another site after this one, and already got it. I know they say that it does not show tracking # or anything like that till order is close or you get it, but i have not. Will let yall know if anything changes next week.

my order was seized and in the meanwhile the got a new website were my country is listed as no reshipping.
i read there rules on a forum and there was a 100% reship policy, that is 1 of the reasons i pick a source.
also when i ordered they reacted nice and cool, but when i mailed that my order was not recieved the way off communicating was verry short and distand.
heads up read the terms and check if your country is listed.
