T/A has always been about 3-4 weeks. Had an issue with packaging (broken amp) and it was fixed with a simple PM.
Review for GP tren e . So naps sent me 2 vials during one of their promos and I just finished both vials. I only ran it at 500mg a week which is low for me but I definitely felt it was pretty underdosed. Reason being my strength on a lean bulk pretty much stayed the same. I figured adding some tren at that dose would allow for me to push the last few weeks of my bulk and gain some more strength and size but it didn't. There was obviously tren in there as I got cough a few times and had some extra aggression and night sweats but those are all sides. Nothing real positive. I don't mind sides from tren but if no benefit it's pointless. I've used tren e before from other sources and seen amazing results bulking and cutting. I've always liked GP brand but there was something wrong with this batch. Not terrible but definitely not up to par. I still reccomend naps as they have incredible selection and it's usually very consistent . with any UGL you'll get some bad vials here and there though .

-1I ordered (5) Test E 250 from vermodji. I have been running 750mg a week, for nine weeks now. In my opinion the gear is bunk. I have not gained any weight or had any improvements in the gym. Very disappointed in the product.

I recommend naps as a company because they have been spot on getting my gear to me. Unfortunately I ordered Vermodji the past time and have seen no symptoms of test being at 750 mg a week, like I should be.

Only one time I ever had to contact naps for support. And it was not his fault in any way. I used the tracking number he gives out and one 1 of the shipments it was reported as delivered at a different location then it was suppose to go. I contacted naps and he had a replacement order ready to go out that same day no questions asked. But next thing I know it was just error on the part of the shipping company and the package arrives at the spot the next day. Luckily I was able to contact naps and cancel the replacement shipment, but I really liked how he was willing cover the screw up of the shipping company that was in no way his fault.
The packaging is always superb. Everything is always tightly packed, well secured and very discreet. All the packages I have come in prefect condition.
Definitely will use Naps in the future. Very professionally ran source.

+ 1I have ordered several times from naps without a problem. This time around I placed a $1500 order, all of which arrived except my hygetropins. The address that was put on the package was incorrect and it is being sent back to the sender. I did give the correct address and the other packages arrived safely. Naps screwed up by putting the wrong address on the package and now is not taking the steps to fix it. I have contacted Naps through the live chat and opened several tickets over the past couple weeks since this happened and they are not doing anything to make it right and reship the hyges. I am very dissapointed as naps was one of my go-to sources but now they may have lost a good customer.

Communication wasn't even needed, have ordered about 4 times now and never had a problem in the slightest.
Packaging was so discreet and tightly packed that before opening it I was worried I didn't even receive my full order. I can not reccomed Naps enough, forever my go to now.
Also took advantage of a big ass Black Friday sale Naps had should be getting another order soon. Will post a review soon.
I ordered 2 boxes of Hyge 200 iu in October with separate orders and have not received either. One order got seized and I received the seizure letter, which I sent to them. The other order the tracking never worked and I didn't receive that order either. I've communicated back and forth, but it takes a awhile in between communications. They have instructed me they need a new address to resend which I have done. I sent them the new address that I had to pay for a PO box a week ago and asked them to confirm they received my new address and will be reshipping, but I have heard nothing. I do live in the US and they say they will reship. I'm still waiting to hear from them. I'm getting nervous for two reasons, one, losing money and two, having to find a new source.
Come on Naps I don't want to find a new source. Also it's Christmas time, now is the time to reship.

I am personal trainer and I have a sports nutrition store. For years I participate in bodybuilding championships and I have made many orders to sites like Napsgear. My last orders have been Napsgear because I think they have very good products and have always been satisfied. However I am very disappointed since the last order.
I placed the order on October 31th and the order was shipped in two packages. The first packet was received on November 18th, the second package however it has not yet been received.
The tracking number of the first packet has worked correctly but the tracking number of the second package does not work. This tracking number always says the package has left the country of origin but it never says it has arrived to my country, the tracking number never changes. Where is the second package? Why the tracking number of the second package does not work correctly? I have not received any letter from customs, so I think that the second package has been lost along the way or has been seized in the country from which it was sent
Napsgear say on their website:
"If the order has been detained and confiscated by foreign customs please contact our Support Center and we will reship it immediately. All packages have tracking numbers. No seizure letter required."
I have written to Napsgear and they have answered me that they have changed their policy and now they do not reship the packages to the countries members of European Union.
The problem is that my order has not been confiscated in my country, my package has been seized in the origin country. I think that if the package is seized in the country from which it was sent, they should reship it because It´s not fault of the customer, It's their fault!!!

In November this year 2014 , I place an order that keep me waiting. Until NOV-14 2014, NAPS inform me the package is shipped, but till now 12-17-2014 I still not receive the package. I ask and they say it might lost or custom seized. NAPS is not responsible at all . I feel sad and very sad. My hard earning money gone by the wind.
