Highly potent with predictable results. I incorporated it into my regular TRT dose for a duration of only 1.5 months. During this time, I experienced a reduction in body fat, enhanced vascularity, and gained a few pounds. + 1I’ve got myself: Hilma HGH (pre-mixed) – Never tried their pre-mixed stuff. So, I gave it a go. I was on 4 IU per day, and I can tell that it did its job
Hilma Anavar – worked well too. Started it on my week 6 for 6 weeks with 50 mg per day. Would like to point out that strength increase was pretty good.
Hilma Testosterone Enanthate - Ran it for 12 weeks on 300 mg per week. Had a slight PIP, or it was just my clumsy pinning, nothing bad, just pointing it out as I have felt something afterwards, I’m not gonna even rate on that
Throughout the cycle, cut down on BF from 15% - 12% and happy about the result. Overall a solid stress-free experience with those guys. Got my tracking number within 3 days from a moment I’ve submitted a payment and my package delivered in 10 days. All was packed well

This was my first time using this product, I used it pre-workout 1mg at a time, I'd not say the results were mind altering, but I'm thinking I'd need to use it longer, much like growth hormone.
Pharmaceutical grade, very professional product, haven't seen products like this since the 90s.
As I've said was part of a promo win, however delivery was on time and the company kept in contact with me,very impressed.
Excellent, on time delivery. Package was well wrapped, very secure.
Again part of a promo win, but I'd definitely use gainspire for other products, and I'd definitely use Infrajet.

+ 2This is a review for the infrajet, I used last fall.
This was my second time using this product, it’s absolutely amazing. I used it only on workout days, which was five days a week. I’d take 1.5mg pre workout and the same post workout. And I always pinned in the muscle trained that day. Pin’s really smooth in an insulin needle. Never any pip.
The most noticeable results for me were a massive pump and its healing properties. I mean skin spitting pumps. Some of my nagging injuries disappeared as well. Overall great product and I’ll always keep using it. As long as it’s around.
Top notch quality, with great results, and no sides at all

+ 3First time customer of this source and product Infra-jet. Overall experience was great other than shipping delays which caused this Review to come extremely late. But very satisfied with everything.
Infrajet igf-1 50mg Kit
Again this was first time using this product and had no prior experience with it. Thankfully there were a few members who gave me positive feedback and protocols to make the most of product use.
Most of the time in the pursuit of making big gains I’ll throw multiple compounds in at specific times and dosages to achieve major results. This time was different I truly wanted to know what this product did specifically with intentions to purchase more in future but the cost of it compared to other compounds are on the high side so I wanted to see the sole benefit of it. Cycle only consisted of cruise dose Cyp for 4 months when Infra-jet was added.
Cycle lasted little over a month due to first week starting at 1mg split dose to see what my body was going to think about it.
Over all personally for me I won’t run the product again . Reason why is that even with a above maintenance intake of calories I continued to loose weight ( which was not the goal) I wanted to at least maintain weight or even add a 1lb or 2 of solid muscle cause I knew the product would help shed body fat but I didn’t expect what I got with it. Start cycle roughly 205lbs end cycle 194lbs and this was me eating 3k calories per day with high Carb loads. Mind you body fat was already sub 10% at start . So I believe this product would be best suited for someone above that BF% who’s wanting to lean down cause this product will do it.
Pros:
Pump- After first week depending on which muscle I injected the pumps were solid and lasted for hours after work out.
Weight- If you want to shed some pounds this product did it extremely fast in my case. I was already lean but it stripped away even more weight.
Cons
Blood Sugar- Never had problems with blood sugars but thankfully my wife had a meter which I tested daily. Post injections of IGF my blood sugars would drops 30-50 points even after high carb meals. One night after injection I started feeling dizzy and sweating which was 1st time in 44 years I felt this feeling so I knew something was wrong wife test blood sugar and it was at (41) my normal range was 100+ Long story short drank Gatorade and a ate fast digesting carb and it returned to normal after 30 mins but was scary. Might be one off with how my body reacted but wanted to share.
Strength- Didn’t see any lifts go up. Strength stayed flat entire cycle .
Price- Very expensive product and I think I would have got more from it if I added GH but I wanted to see solo so it is what it is .
My dosages were 2mg daily.
1mg 30 min after pre workout meal then 1mg roughly 30 min after workout. I followed another members protocol . My pre/post meals typically are around 50g protien and 80-100g carbs, I used name brand mass gainer for shakes 2x per day .
Communication could have been better but it was a promo. Like to had a little more clarification or some updates about the delays. Order process was easy.
Delivery was delayed for well over month. Source communicated it was due to local postal services strike I believe. During this time I did receive other orders internationally with normal ETA’s which confused me but I did receive product and it was real so I can’t complain.
Product was packaged well but one vial’s pop top was off and floating around in box. Did have to examine top of vial to conclude it was not tampered with.
In a landscape of multiple sources offering everything and trying to determine what’s what you can shop with confidence if you’re looking for IGF with this source. The product had every earmark of the real deal just wasn’t for me at the end of day but not to say it’s not a perfect addition to someone else’s plan.

Product effectiveness are as expected, quality stuff. Took dianabol with 20mg/day, test enanthate 400mg/week. It is relatively low dose but I still had decent gains.

First order took around 3 weeks to come. The second order around 10 days. It depends about the postal service. But you have the tracking number so it's pretty simple.
