Placed order for pins on Sunday through USPS and got it Wed. Everything included, and doesn't stick going in like my last pins! No complaints, fast and quality. Would order from here again.

Syringes, needles and insulin syringes
None needed. I placed an order and an automatically generated email was sent confirming my order. Next day my tracking number was sent in a separate email.
Excellent packaging and shipping time.
This is my only source for medical supplies. I highly recommend them.

Almost none needed. After I placed my order, I received an automatic email with an order number and tracking number. Simple as that.
I ordered with express delivery. It took 3 days to get to customs. I had to call to inform them it was a small amount for personal use, after that they let it go, and it arrived the following day.
Packaged extremely well. Big labels on the outside of the box warning of it's fragile contents. Tons of bubble wrapping/air cushions inside. Nothing broken or damaged in any way. No problems sending this stuff across a continent. Very happy.
I believe this is a professional company that puts out a solid, clean product. I would recommend this company to all Eroids brothers and sisters.

For several years I've ordered all of my accessories from these guys. Very easy, tracking always sent, items always delivered. Extremely satisfied with the brand name products I got.
Went to go order some stuff tonight and all of the products I used to order are not on their site anymore. It seems like they've all be replaced with Veterinary products/brands I've never heard of.

I didn't have to communicate with them, so nothing to add here.
Took about a week to arrive, and was packaged very well. I was disappointed that it was not more discrete though. My packing list was on the outside of the box, and the way it was folded you could still see exactly what I ordered. They required signature on delivery, so my roommate saw what I ordered. Not the most fun conversation.
May use another supplier due the packing slip issue because of my current living situation, and switch back when I begin living on my own.
Just a quick review for items that don't really need a review, but I digress...

Package received and the box was a little smashed. This would be the carriers fault, not this sources. Could have had some better padding, but the only real breakables were three 2mL glass vials.
T/A took a bit longer than I think it should have. Seems like it took a while from the time I ordered to the time it was mailed. Total T/A was about 1 week.

Never got an order confirmation but when I called to check, they said they had indeed received my order and gave me the tracker # although I never used it. I wait until a pack is late before I start checking the tracking.
Ordered on a Tuesday and delivered on the following Monday. Packaging was discreet and secure.

Communication was awful and at one point I wanted to email them.. I got a confirmation email and a shipping email but the tracker was fake!! I won't dock them on this as I received my package in somewhat of a timely manner.. next time I will just know to order a week or two ahead of time.

Ordering went fine. I never received a tracking number so at day 7 I started to wonder if my supplies would show.
I sent an email asking for an update. I received a prompt reply within an hour that advised me that my package would arrive that day & it did.

I found their site and thought it looked pretty promising. After I seen some other reviews for it I decided to go for it. All in all a really good experience. No need. I ordered, received a confirmation email and a few days later I received my pack.
Great. In a regular box and sent with discretion in mind. T/a was about 3 or 4 days even with a winter storm slowing down the post.
Great source to use, they had all the accessories I needed, and more.
USP oils, BA, BB, Filters, Syringes.. etc
Communication was pretty quick, they usually replied within a day.
