I have been a loyal customer of escrowrefills for years. Always had good service and follow up.
Now - March 2015 - I tried to reorder and find an issue on their web site. Tried to contact helpdesk several times. They deleted my tickets. I finally was so lucky a helpdesk was online. The person 'James' was just rude and had no interest in helping. Finally I was told the site was under maintenance and a notice would be put up on their site. Now a week later nothing and nobody has come back to me.
Something bad happened to this site..
I still hope they will fix their issues and be helpful again. If that's the case I'll update this review to reflect it.

rude helpdesk with no interest in helping but simply get rid of people. You have to be extremely lucky to find anybody online to chat despite their claim of online help being available.
Called their helpdesk number three times within the business hours but nobody picked up after waiting 20min each time.
packaging used to be good yet not very fast. It takes days from ordering to go through simple checks by a doctor despite having ordered 10 times before and still have to pay for the exact same 'check' which is shocking.
I have been using escrowrefills.com for many years and have always had a great experience with them. They were formally called escrow pharmacy. Their products are always legit, they have very good prices and you receive the products within a few weeks like stated and in an unassuming package. The only annoyance is that they have a medical doctor review your history and "prescribe" your order for a small fee (I think it's like $5.00 if I remember)... It's annoying because it happens every time you order. However, I guess if it's their way of keeping it legit, then so be it. Thinking about ordering from escrowrefills? Very good. They actually call you after your order is placed and approved by their medical staff to confirm your order and ask if you have any questions. They are also very timely with their email responses.
