First time with hyges yellow tops. Ran greens before so decided to give these a go. Running 10ius a day. I figured out 10ius at once knock me out lol doing 6 morning and 4 at night.

waltri ran 10iu's of blue tops tues-sunday and 20iu's on mondays for 6 weeks and loved it ;)
i ad to stop due to extreme water retention at the 6 week mark though, hope you don't get that with the hyge's...i guess they're better quality
