My upper body seems to be lean but from my stomach to my legs are my problem areas. I really hate my legs. So I would appreciate any advice on how to loose this leg fat. I am new to working out but im very motivated to reach my goals. Bigjrock says im sexy as hell already, but I want to be lean and muscular.

Right now I do hiking, Bicycling, and lots of cardio. Leg Day features Ronnie Coleman Parking lots lunges!!!
Build muscle by doing lots to the legs and eating well.

I'm a USMC Grunt. The key to my success in the war and in the barracks was 2 hours cardio a day. Mix in some weights, MMA, Sauna...
Only times in my life I dropped below 8% was doing lots of cardio. I cant run anymore so I love a gym with that big black ..... STAIRCLIMBER

If im going to do legs twice a week, how long should my workouts be?? Should I do cardio first for 20 minutes then lift weights the rest??

I think you already have a nice physique. I always do leg/glute day 2xs a week. Squats will help tone ur glutes n ur quads. There are so many you can do but I always toss it up after awhile. Alayna just mentioned almost all I do. I also do sumo deadlifts. Welcome to eroids. U look great

Squats, lunges, leg presses, leg extensions, leg curls, hack squats, split squats, front squats, walking lunges, kick backs, butt blaster, step ups, sissy squats, stiff legged dead lifts, single leg leg curls, lying leg curls seated leg curls

Personally is split my hams and quads, this way my ass gets a double workout.

i do about 15 sets for quads and 13 for hams, which includes butt in any combination of the above but for my quads, staple is squats and front squats, and for hams and ass its kick backs and butt blaster and lying leg curls
i have found that splitting yr legs works most effectively. I have also found that training your legs hard and pushing some weight brings about the most transformation and muscle gains. Obviously to be leaner you need to clean up your diet and add in cardio.

you have a good foundation and you have the potential to take your body far, all you gotta do is want it and then train like you want it.

Lil bit at a time, stay consistent and you'll reach your goals in no time! Start out with 1-2 exercises per body part. As you start to tighten up everywhere and add a lil lean muscle you will burn more calories naturally. After a few weeks try switching up your routine to include super sets. They will help to burn fat while exercising. Take pics every week or 2 so you can see your progress to keep you motivated. Good Luck!

She really has some fat she holds in her legs. You can probably squeeze about and inch and ahalf of fat o n her legs. But she really wants to be shredded. Im gonna oder her some norditropin pens in a week or so to help out with some of that.

Squats extensions and leg curls all high reps. Make them burn til failure a few sec and pop off a few more reps. For butt lunges, if you do leg presses keep your feet as low(toward your backside) as possible on the pad so that your front of the foot is all that is on there, that will put all the strain in your quads.

You and I have the same legs, I too carry all my extra weight there. Squat, squat, sqaut! Everyday is leg day in my world and after 2ish months I am finally seeing results. I put short shorts on for the first time ever yesterday, it was pretty damn sweet. Lunges are also great, better than squats IMO but they hurt like hell and I fucking hate them... They do work though Smile +1 for being ready to work.
