I love Soy milk (Silk, green pack). Same or or less sodium content, BUT , more protein, IMO tastes better...=)
While on cycle, try to become pescetarian(replace pork, beef, chicken with fish).

Large amount of soy is not a good idea for men. But I agree it does taste better.

I love almond milk, but that kind has 7g of sugar per cup. If you switch to the unsweetened kind it has 0 Smile

Switching would save you 392 grams of sugar a week, that's 98 teaspoon of sugar!

Sugar is everywhere, once you start tracking it; it's hard not to get pissed about it. They put extra sugar in everything.
