Carbs have been low for the past two weeks...tired as fuck, but feeling pretty good. My Preworkout, as of late, is super cheap and it works just as good as the mainstream shit.

(or the off brand equivalent...found at gas stations, grocery stores, pharmacies..ect)

Try it out guys, You might find that you like it. Its also nice because you get to control how much caffeine that you want for your workout...its saved my wallet and my training while dieting.

haha my freshman year of college i bought creatine, bcaas, caffeine, l-arginine and beta alanine and mixed my own preworkout too. great minds think alike!
