I was doing a keto diet for about a month like an idiot lol but I started introducing carbs back in. I kept them at 50 above my body weight for the last two weeks, and will slowly bring them down every week after until I reach 200 carbs a day. A week after that I'll introduce carb cycling and see where that gets me. Again I'm no expert lol just trial and error
