+ 3 Under dosed FERTIGYN HCG

ad

I got this HCG about a month ago from Napsgear and i reconstituted it about 12 days ago. I was taking 250IU twice a week and after my first 3 shots i did two HCG urine tests, the same ones as you can see in the picture but these both came back 100% negative, so i knew something was messed up. I then posted on the forum and treadinontren gave me some amazing advice! He told me to mix 250iu of HCG with 3cc of water and dip the test strip into that mixture, so i did and the results came back positive but as you can see in the picture the lines are faded which paired with the negative results of the two prior HCG test strips tells me the hcg is definitely under dosed. I have heard only good things about FERTIGYN HCG and i am definitely not blaming NAPS for this, i just wanted to share this with the community.

Under-dosed HCG - That's a new one on me. . . . Kinda the reason I stick to Corion. But, the place sells Fertigyn too in the same boat of pharma grade. I will test mine, just cause - but, this is really disappointing. Just looked up the threshold chart of pregnancy urine & HCG. A pregnancy test should pick up just about anything. Since, HCG does not spike in a woman's urine until one month of pregnancy. Yet, a pregnancy test can detect if they're pregnant much earlier than a month.

That's not typical protocol for testing. Typically you would mix 5,000 iu's of HCG with 2 ml of bac water. Then squirt 2500 iu's (1 ml) of HCG onto a pregnancy test. You dipped a very diluted HCG mixture into a test I would not consider that accurate, and if you are saying that you actually pissed on the first 2 tests, then that in no way shape or form means anything. That's actually hilarious that you took a pregnancy test.

Edit: just for reference my personal test ing found less than 1000 iu's on a test to be inaccurate at times. 1,000-2,000 iu's on test would give more consistent results but sometimes you would get the faint line. The faint line in no way indicates the strength of your HCG. The only way to tell potency would be through blood work.

I hate to disagree but but when the average HCG pregnancy test strip needs only 25mIU/ml to be considered positive for pregnancy obviously when you do it your way and put a rediculous amount like 2500iu in 1ml of water the positive line is going to be fucking clear as day even if your hcg is absolute shit. With all that karma and experience and you think its funny to pee on an hcg test? Is this new to you? Here are some references

Edit- Dont get me wrong, i am no fucking doctor but It makes sense to me. I mean your putting 1000 times more HCG on the test than what would be needed in a pregnant woman's piss to make the test positive.

You're comparing apples to oranges with that brother. Those tests weren't designed for use the way we are using them. There are too many variables as far as the way the body creates endogenous HCG and exogenous HCG, reconstituted by one of us. In theory they should translate back and forth, but that may not be the case in reality. I have several reasons for doing things the way I do them. Mainly because I don't want faint lines or ambiguous results. Also, due to the way I buy my HCG in 5,000 iu amps.

i understand but i want to know if the HCG i am taking is dosed correctly. When you add 2500iu to 1ml of water you now have 2500iu/1mL and most tests only need .025iu/1mL to come back positive, so honestly with that concentration of hcg your test will come back positive no matter how under dosed it is. If i put 125iu in 1ml and the test comes back with SOLID lines i now know that it is decent HCG without wasting 10$. As for peeing on it, i have no idea what variables come into play.

..............Edit, I tried that method but didn't dilute it. Oops, there goes one prego test

Exactly I agree with you no way u would use that much to test I use 250ius and it always works a charm just gotta make sure u cover strip

thenewguy1's picture

well knowing that the test only needs 20-25 mIU/mL i think im going to use less next time because if i use 100Iu and the line comes back clear that's when i will know its good stuff. I am actually about to mix my other batch right now im praying its better!

Hope so for u as well man!

X2 exactly. Those pregnancy test hormone thresholds are meant for a preggo woman to pee on them. A woman will have much more hcg in her urine during pregnancy than 250iu. Best bet is the above protocol.

I may be wrong but read the reply i just sent ReadyTokilllt

WoW that's really upsetting to hear. I have 10,000iu on hand and am bummed to hear the news. +1 for the info buddy. Please keep us updated on what happens because as we all know NAPS really does make things right.

Also wondering if anyone else has feedback on FERTIGYN HCG?

Just make sure you test it out before you use it. Just do what i did and use 250IU mixed with 3cc of water and get an hcg test the lines should come in BRIGHT. Hcg test strips are cheap and i think you can get them at a dollar store from what i hear.

Prez you should test it as well if you can...I find that the testing method I use...which I use both...I test it before I put it into my body using the 3cc of water and 250-500iu as well as the pee test two days after...but I'd be curious to see other results just to eliminate the test strips or a single batch that may be an issue
