+ 7 Time on+pct = time off

I see a lot of guys , young guys or guys new to the game that say they are leaning toward the blast and cruise route.
The above pics (left is in 2012 at 205lbs and right is 2015 at 255lbs)
I have followed time on +pct = time off ...
Repeat.
But CA, every time I pct I lose all my gains? I should just blast and cruise.
No... You should eat diet and train as if you were on gear even when you're not !!! That's how you keep gains.
I'm even hearing podcasts on other popular forums about guys in their 20's and early 30's advocating blast and cruise to keep gains.
Bottom line . Stop being a pussy, eat , train and act like you're on when your not.
Yeah, I'll drop 5 lbs of water after a cycle but that's 50 lbs of muscle kept.

Yeah... Keep Pushin on cycle, pct, and between cycles .
I've come to appreciate small 4-7 day mini brawls where I stay out of the gym, still eat well, be moderately active (hike, shoot some hoops, throw the ball around) but stay off the iron.. Then when I go back, boom! Reinvigorated and get and nice little burst

Who's the misinformed that thinks if you cruise you automatically don't lose any gains lol? Hell I been sick on cycle for the last month and I've lost a good amount of size and that's on cycle doses. Either way you alwuas need to be eating the same.

I haven't been on this forum as much lately , although I still consider it home... You'd be shocked at the idiocy out there of people spewing poopoo about PCT being worthless And once you start you blast and cruise.

You should just post your pct protocol in the open forum.. pct is the most important part of this game and if can change one guys cycle or help him recover then you are doing a great deed.. +1 brother.. looking like a tank now.. hard work and time taken is showing!

This is good info right here, blast and cruise is a sure fire way to absolutely wreck your HPTA. Stop looking for the easy way out and Save your body!
