Get your minds out the gutter..lol. I am very happy to be 6'2 but man it takes a good while to build a nice physique...I know it will be all worth it but daammm it's tough

I hear, you, I'm 6'3 230 and the issue I have is just looking my weight. I mean, I see guys weighing 185 who look like their 225ish (pumped muscles). Im the exact opposite yes, I'm lean, I have abs, definition, strength, however my muscles don't have that fullness to them that I would like. I know that I need to eat more calories of course, I just need something that keeps the pump. I see some big guys however who are tall, but yes shorter guys seem to look more muscular in my opinion
RustyhookerYou can clearly see you're a big dude. Things that add to the illusion of "bigger" is things like pop those delts up. Wider shoulders makes the tight waist more wedge shaped. The v-taper gives the pop. Taller traps is tough for me to get but added in rope pulls. Use the triceps ropes. Set pully at forehead level. Start extended hands touching. Pull rope to forehead while hands pull back like rear delt/bis pose. Width and height will add the visuals quickly. For me, delts gotta be hit very hard. Like 10x10 with drops. They pop quickly with that style.
RustyhookerYou're solid bro. Keep it heavy and force growth. But yes, taller is harder for mass look. Im a midget so thickness is easier. But problem with short is if i put on 2lbs fat I'll look jabba the hut while tall guys just lise a lil definition. Good/bad to both. Dont give up! You'll get it!
