+ 3 **Second cycle pre-blood work! little help please**
ad
well folks, I got blood done before i start my second cycle this november. this tests are at least 3 1/2 months after PCT. my first cycle was Test E-300 @ 600 for 12 week. i did a standard PCT...
First, i would like to know what you guys think as far as my test goes. second, i am wondering why my
AST and ALT levels are so high?
if anyone what to know what my potential cycle might look like follow this link:

thanks and any help would be appreciate.
as a side note after i finished my cycle, i started using pre-work out. Jack3d to be exact. at almost 2 and a half scopes a day for like the last 3-4 months. could this be a culprit?

AnonDonate blood to lower ur WBC and ur RBC since they are almost up there
BeaverhunterI just donated blood yesterday due to EQ use and a little detox.
Made me feel great!
Anoni definitely should, especially since i will be doing EQ with my second cycle.
BigBmajMine are usually high too. But it can be from heavy lifting. Muscle trauma will give a false high ALT value. Do you take any pills at all?
I had high levels and we went through every possibility. I'm being retested in 3 weeks so I'm going to take two days off from lifting and cardio before I get tested this time.
I'm not very worried about it.
Pub med shows it stays elevated up to 1 wk post exercise so 2 days isn't long enough.

Anonthat's true. i am having myself retested in about 4 weeks and see where im at by then. as far as pills go, i have only taken OTS, such as multi vitamins, omegas, calcium. also, i for got to mentioned that prior to the blood work, i was taking DHEA 50 mg a day for the past two months. i cut out the dhea and prework supps and i will have my self tested again during late October.
post your test when you get them bro! it really helps other member in a variety of ways
BeaverhunterIt's great that your being proactive, your liver looks very mildly stressed based on your values.
That being said here are some tips to de-stress that little guy.
Eliminating refined sugars and prepared foods from your diet.
Limit your protein intake to lean meats, fish, poultry and dairy products that are more easily.
Take omega-3 fatty acids.
Fish oils and flax seed oil help to lower the triglyceride levels and may improve liver function. Milk thistle, dandelion and vitamin C will provide liver support and aid in detoxification of the body.
B-12 and Coenzyme Q10, which may help to rebuild your liver cells.
Good luck!
yes great advice !=)
Anonthanks a lot bro! i will definitely take your advice!
Give them a vote if you find it helpful.
Permalink+1 for your rational test
bro they are high but not so high..
do you drink sometimes?
clean diet?
AnonLately I've been eating a very high protein diet (beef as a main source). To be hones, I don't consume alcohol, so that can't be it.
but, for the last three months I've been on prework out almost every day, since I workout almost 7 days a week
mhh it sounds strange this high level of each values..
did you take liver protection with your old cycle?
i'd like to buy something for your liver now..there are some good production as liv52,legalon ect...they don't do miracles, but they help ...but maybe you tried them already bro
Anonwhile on cycle i took liv 52. once i finished my cycle i stopped taking it. i started taking it again tho. i cut out the pre workout. and im gonna limit my meet consumption to twice a week. i will be getting blood in a month from now, just before i start my second cycle to see if they drop a bit.
AnonDo you have bloods from before your first cycle?

Anonbtw, the first blood work was taken few months after i ran a very short cycle of test-e 300 and drol (this cycle only lasted 3 1/2 weeks FYI), which i had to stopped prematurely do to hematuria.
