Hey androq, I start normally with lat pull downs 4 sets 8-12. Then I'll go do deadlifts w barbell 4 sets. Then I go barbell rows 4 sets. (Standing up) those are the 3 main. Then I'll tweek it a little and mix up some variety of exercises. I try always to stay away from the same routine. Your body adapts quickly and it stunts growth. Mix low weight and heavy also. I never use machines...
