+ 4 Progress Update, 22yrs old, 265lbs

i had to take a break starting the 31st of july up to the 8th of august; 1 week due to 12hr days at work, this picture was taken 2 days in-coming back, i decided to resume 200mg of Anadrol ED, after taking a dose break for a week. Next week i shall continue with Clenbuterol making it my fourth week & end to the first month, i did continue normal dosing protocol for testosterone enanthate to keep plasma stable and still have Tren E. on the radar for the second month in, next month i turn 23 so i really am pushing it i wanna build a whole new physique for next year since i am also going to be competing for the first time, im also looking into researching peptides follistatin 344 & myostatin HMP soon; those look promising; the peptide market is full of secrets (;

this time around i will be coming back with a clean head and determination to reach a whole new ground in my physique, i have Myostatin on hand and follistatin on the way, i will be loading up with 1450mg of testosterone on the 22nd, and begin training the 29th and the first myostatin shot the following week around the 5th of november i will be keeping a log most likely here on eroids about my myostatin/follistatin experience, ill also be taking pictures before the testosterone shots at 241lbs along with a picture log to see what difference these compound causes, watch for updates. take care guys.

hey people, i will be returning active to the site soon, about 3 months ago i dedcided to give my body a break due to multitasking work and pushing myself i felt a bit burnt out, i went cold turkey on all compounds, forwarding to now i am currently 241lbs i lost over 20lbs+ but i feel great my body has since returned to its normal hormonal production thanks to clomid...thinking about it this shows how important it is to take breaks from cycle every once in a while, plus muscle memory will recall most if not all the muscle remember you dont loose that elasticity.

As an update at the moment i am taking a break from lifting i am from Florida but currently in Colorado working, next heading to Kentucky, i already placed an order for Myostatin 10mg, IGF-1LR3 5mg & GHRP-6 25mg, the myostatin i got is tagged with a 6histidine cleave that can make you feel ill & rob the body of glutathione , but i bought an anti-histidine tag from aviva will be using that to clean out the myostatin Keep an eye out for those updates i am eager to see if this myostatin is hyped or a real potential this decade.

bro i eat anything i do watch for cholesterol inducing fats though since i do long cycles, but other than that i do not discriminate foods haha, but honestly its not the food intake its the hell of a punishment i put my body through at the gym i take very little short breaks between sets & the recovery after hand.

when used correctly it is one one of the best anabolics for bulking gotta find that perfect dosage area where gains are perfect and diminished returns are minimal, my weight has hit 268lbs so today i am switching over to clenbuterol for myo reduction; another perfect chemical in any arsenal

200 mg of anadrol is alot right? or is that normal ?

a lot of people that shy away from this hormone would agree this is a high dosage but anything below 200mg doesn't produce a noticeable effect for me, my educated guess would be my weight per mg effect, i am successfully running 200mg ED/Bi-weekly with great results and manageable sides, it is only being used during the first leg of the cycle, anadrol is 3.5X more anabolic then testosterone, after anadrol i am immediately jumping on Trenbolone which is 5X more anabolic then testosterone and 1.5X more anabolic then anadrol to solidify the gains made.

Anadrols great IMO im a lightweight in comparison to yourself in size so it appears to be the best dosing for your weight size but me but even 50 mg ed was amazing for me also 100mg ed fine too with background 500mg test pw and also no sides that I could complain of while I was on oxys apart from insane and fast strength gain, im gonna make the most of my lack of exposure different compounds and build up to the more hardcore cycles in due time, get the best out of my receptors so after my next cycle for a bit of mass and mostly to aid to fix my back up pos microdiscectomy so test EQ and anavar with a posssiviltity of a dbol kick as ive only done test with an anadrol kickstart mind anadrol is pretty hardcore I suppose, id say if your handeling the sides well then all is good short term fast bulker, my bro's best friend is a big lad he's 6ft6" has lats like wings he could focus and go pro but hes not someone for the science and you wouldnt find him researching on a steroid forum he dwarfs everyone but my bros concernd bout him because he's smashing loads of tren E andw going a bit stange lol ill consider Tren in the future how can you ignore its anabolic effect make you solid as a rock unlike the drol but hey im sure youll be fine on it sides wise you know what your doing bro

my background consists of rice daily with a variety of meats and beans this has been my nutrition ever since i could pickup a spoon, my mom actually fed me mashed beans in a bottle instead of milk for some time, in fact could not walk till i was about 2haha, but yeah bro still holds true today nutrition is extremely important to achieve any goal along with a determination true to your real expentency and a mind focused a step ahead.

Yeah im reading you bro loud and clear yeah learnt all about the importance of forcing down calories of the rite kinds obviously many more calories when I'm in fulm training again but still good diet always, I start the day with brown rice with mackrel fillets or tuna with sauce and a protein shake here and there its good stuff you are what you eat mate I believe, not training now 6 days to surgery on the disc from hell but protein shakes chicken fish nuts seeds eggs my favorite lots of meat means a happy man hope you do well when your at the stage of competition mate I'll be following your progress whilst im in covry lots of time to Eroid it up lol well you got your head screwed on mate.

hey id like to share something that i think could be usefull to some of you since i struggled with this for a while, growing up all i wanted was big arms putting in little detail to other muscle groups; to get to the point as of recently i really started focusing a lot on my deltoids, bent over rows, back isolators (posterior), lateral raises, isolated flys (medial), bar pull ups, front raises (anterior) both sitting and standing; have really brought out a lot of mass overall in the 3 heads, because of this i feel and see my arms are growing exponentially, been seeing a lot of bicep brachial detail come in giving that girth, at the end of the day it all clicks you cant have a strong foundation without a strong base same concept with legs and upper body; thought id share that, good luck!

Done the focusing on arms more than other areas its probably very common and its natural at the start when you get that click and your mind says ...this is what I want to achieve, probably after wathing arnie clenching his macheine gun with his sizeable guns forgive the puns , at be moment I'm on a rest period with my herniated disc in my back but I'll come back post op asap and get on going again obviously I'll do necessary PT and swimming also for recovery speed.
I only started to feel I was going places when I trained with the help/advice of my brother who had been body building for a couple of years before I did so he learnd me more in the way of focusing on isolation type exercises and incorperating pull ups and generally mixing it up and I grew more simple can't wait for my recovery to be over, I'll look much better next summer if we have one lol GB weather sucks

I've been focusing on delts since my triceps seem to overpower them but as my delts grow I have noticed my biceps and triceps filling out more.

Good work. Your the prime example of top genetics and what AAS can do. You will be an IFBB pro. Im jelous..lol If I would have not partied HARDCORE for so, so many years I would be alot farther personal gains. I basicly Started all over from the very beginning with Bodybulding in 2009.

Now, I would be happy to be symetrical with 20" guns. I have all long way to go, but I will get thier by the time Im 40.

im doing a controlled and simple testosterone ester with anadrol & clenbuterol alternating bi weekly, safe to say when hard work is put in you dont need to go all out and empty your pocket on crazy cycles i think people have that misconception that more is better, while the reality is more work will yield higher results more hormones wont necessarily be that shortcut, hard work pays off (: and if i can become an IFBB pro i know in my heart i have beaten and honed my craft to that level without that aura of superiority but rather a recognition that anyone that puts in the effort can make their attainable goals materialize, so i definitely believe you are in your own power able to achieve the looks you want and it doesn't matter the age just the sheer will and power i learned that a long time ago good luck my friend

wheels are in shape my favorite muscle groups to train is hamstrings love working them out, my most lagging muscle group is calves but i have been putting some serious attention and detail into bulking them up

I'm back from killing my legs and the drive home wasn't fun with the clutch pedal! I started out blasting my hammies which made my quads and calves even more hungry to up the weight and try to get a few additional reps.

i hear ya, i always start with hamms i do fst7 style timed drop sets all the way from max'd out weight to 20lbs per single leg with 15sec break inbtween each set also the reps go up as the sets progress, followed by bent over stretching then hip abductors i cant tell you enough how much emphasis these machines give the legs in the overall appearance of the inner and outer suite yet how much they are overlooked and avoided is surprising, then i killed calves and did a drop set of squats among other isolator workouts and stretching for those muscle groups, keep in mind this is my overall technique, continuous sets for fascia development and stretching at the end for fascia expansion...who says you need synthol? hahaha hard work will suffice.

definitely will log on here, i think im gonna try follistatin 344/315AA first gonna do site admins to see if i get a localized reaction on some lagging body parts i.e my right triceps smaller than my left, after a break then ima try myostatin HMP afterwards and see which of the two have brought me better results and play it out for the long haul. Just looking forward to a price drop in the future specially for that 6Histidine cleave removal.
