Male 45 Years Old.

Previous Total Testosterone readings 13 nmol/L (Aug 2013) 14 nmol/L (Nov 2013). I was considering self prescribing TRT but due to the lifelong commitment I decided to try a cycle instead.

My previous bloods were NHS the new bloods are private tests.

Somehow my levels have shot right up ! I did a 12 Week cycle of Test-E @ 550mg EW followed by 2 weeks off and 4 weeks Nolva PCT. I am currently 4 Weeks into my Off Cycle. At the moment i'm feeling good but this will steadily decline over a period of 6 months so my thought is to run a couple of cycles each year.

I think these levels look pretty decent for my age but will be running a 6 month cycle of HGH @ 2-3ius every am 5:2 as my IGF-1 looks a little on the low side.

Since my poor test reading last year I have dropped Bodyfat from around 27% to current level of 21.8% (BodPod Reading). My goal is to drop to 15% before my next Test cycle.

Any thoughts or comments would be appreciated.
