3 days after .6 pin of test e 500. I swiped vial and leg with alcohol pads. I pinned then did legs. I swelled up yesterday. I have been taking ibuprofen, benedryl, Zyrtec d, vit c and all my daily vitamins, drinking 2 gallons water, heat pad, elevating it. I even tryed icing it last night
Well... I'm really not worrying about it, figure it will run its course...
Question: should I be worried? Should I do something else about it?
I do have cso now and will be cutting future doses...

That's weird. Ive had my quad swell up on 2 different occasions with excruciating pain BTW. took about a week for swelling to start going down and about 2 weeks for PIP to disappear completely.
Never went to ER or anything like that. Second time I took some penn I had on hand just in case. I was always under impression that an infected abcess will be a puss filled lump with redness around it.
Yeah.... This ended up being an abscess. I've been in and out of surgery all week. Omw back to the hospital now to get a tube removed from my leg and some iv antibiotics.

Wow really sorry to hear that Dude. I hope you are feeling ok. Like I said in my previous post I no longer use the stronger dosed stuff. I initially used it solely for the reason it meant I could get 400mg in my shoulder using only 1ml but as we all know that went tits up !! Once you start having to mess around cutting extra oil in etc it's another link in the chain to go wrong. It may work out a little more expensive or frequent with the lower dosed oils but if it saves a visit to the Hospital it's well worth it.!
I had a similar problem when I shot Test Blend 400 into my Shoulder. I think the compound was too strong. I thoroughly swabbed the area and bottle so I know that was fine.
A week later I re-used in my Thigh and that was also fine, so I knew there wasn't any issues with the oil itself.
Even in my Thigh it was very sore for days, but that was only internal PIP, no swelling like you have.
After leaving my Shoulder for a few days it became swollen until it looked like an old Lady's Bingo Wing around my Tricep !! The huge clump of fluid slowly moved down my arm and into my forearm.
Although I felt absolutely fine and had no Fever etc it was quite sore. I simply went to the Hospital and told them I had been using Test and got prescribed Antibiotics for an Infection.
Being in the UK it wasn't a major issue or cost, although I did get the customary dressing down from the Doctor !
If you are UK based 100% go to the Hospital as it's confidential and nobody needs to know. Other Countries I cannot comment because I do not know the process.
Personally I no longer use anything over 275mg / ml and experience very little PIP.

If you pick up a fever and the spot gets warmer then you might have problem, other wise you should be alright.
Keep an eye on it. Years ago I had to have emergency surgery and they had to put a drain in my leg. Mine started to get really painful and tight. The redness kept going all over my leg. Follow what others are saying if it does get worse believe me go to the Dr!!
this happened to me a few times with prop, honestly I'm convinced certain reactions like this can almost be completely random. I've used the exact same dose from the same vial and sometimes its fine, sometimes i get pip so bad it lasts for a week or more. I started cutting my short esters with sterile GSO and again, some of the pins went fine, and some blew up for no reason. I think sometimes shit just happens, and unless it gets really bad I'm sure you'll be fine, it will go down soon. If it doesnt get better after a week then it could be a serious infection and I'd see a doc. But trust me this happens to me a lot with certain oils that are known to be not so smooth
Antibiotics brother and anti inflammatory. Fck the rest of meds. If it gets really bad and trust me you will know, go to the doc.

Yeah I got 100ml sterile cso. But it showed up Friday, the day after I pinned this. Will cut future doses.
But I don't feel Ill. My big ole swollen knee is warm to the touch.
RustyhookerIs injection point red, swelling worse? I've had pip warm n swell. Just makin sure your not having issue. 500 is potent. Gso 50/50 should be better. If swelling gets worse, hotter, infection pain is stabbing.....then off to Dr for checkup. Your b6 shot had issue.

But no, no real sharp or burning pain. The actual pin site isn't to bad. It's like the oil worked it's way down through my quad into my kneecap and my joint didn't like that so it swelled up.
But yeah I will watch for red lines or getting real red or pain that seems like more than just swollen tissue, and head to the doc if not better in a day or two.
What will the dr be able to do?
RustyhookerAntibiotics etc if infected. If inj spot feels mushy they can drain n clean it.
