It looks on par for most genetics I've seen(I haven't seen a lot) Possible it has a piece chipped off. No it doesn't look as presentable as these seros I'm looking at but I don't expect it to be. My main concern from yesterday was if it was lypholized or not because I have received straight powder in vials before.
TTProbably not rips looks like some regular blue top generic. Get a test though and good luck
