bigwillythe nutty thing grlll is iv never really done a lot of target training back there. past 5/6 months have been only overall work outs, NO bodubiulding, just light stuff and hit n miss. it seems the less I care the better I get, lol.

270strengthMan this is sooooooo true my training went to shit last yr I took it way to serious forgot why I fell in love with lifting cause it was fun and I enjoyed it , lov hitting PRs helping others I got so self absorbed and stressed bout every lil thing , today I'm on another level I have 2 to 3 cheat meals a wk train kids and try to help others that wana get fit and not stay stuck on my self , and whatta ya know I'm back crushing shit , squating in the 400s and almost a sub 6 minute mile

Looking good. I'd like to see you hit a rear lat spread , your back is killer. Age is nothing but a number you are only as old as you feel. There are a couple guys in my gym in the mid 50s who are no joke and didn't have to run truck loads of shit to look that way, its awesome to see them making guys half their age look like they barely lift. Keep up the good work. +2
bigwillyThe sad truth is age is a lil bit of an isue anymore. The achs and pains of training do catch up with ya. All the growth hormone on earth can't help ya threw some of the work outs. It almost becomes a ballancing act on managing the pain and around the lifestyle, lol. But i do still love this shit enough to do it.
Im looking into those peptide drugs for recovery and old injuries and such. I also have a spinal fusion surgery set up for the end of this summer. 50/50 chance I'll lay down for that, lol. But the Grey hair threw my face tells the story, hahahahaha
if you really stare at that picture you will notice my left latt and tricep are smidge smaller then my right, its not as bad as it was because iv been really training to catch them up but the nerve damage from the crushed disks in my neck have really done a doosy. blow the pic up, youll see it. it effected my left pec as well but ya cant see that, hard to put a front pic because I don't know how to blank my face, lol I could care less who sees me but rules are rules, hahahahahahahahaha
That's the thing when you love something as much as training and the lifestyle you find ways to work around the aches and pains because if not you'll have a void in your life.
Jesus Christ spinal fusion. Hope all goes well man. That size difference from right to left is something I have too, getting to the chiropractor and deep tissue help so the muscle fires correctly that and work on the injuries that lurk. Usually comes from some type of nerve issue. But you know the old saying if it was fun and easy everyone would do it.
