man i am loving npp right now. i am loosing body fat and still gaining muscle. i have been taking my wifes clen this week too. i am down to 203 from 207 and i feel great. no muscle loss whatsoever. i am doing 450 mg of npp per week and 900 mg of test. i just switched from test e to test c due to a promo. i am also waiting for some hgh to show up. the growth in my bi's and tri's are blowing my mind. i really need the chest to grow like my arms but i have a sore shoulder that is hindering me.

you know what i think is working wonders for me? i do a few sets of 3 diff bicep lifts (pullups, straight bar curls, incline dumbell curls) and then i load the preacher curl up with like 10% more weight than i would use and do negative reps. it really gives me the pump in my biceps. then i usually finish with hammer curls and some concentration curls. ireally think the neg preachers is whats giving me the growth. ive been doing this twice a week though i took off completely last week because of my shoulder.

even though i still count to myself i never have a set number in my head. always pump till failure.

Damn bro. That is about all you can give it!!
Instead of preachers I like to do single arm isolation curls on the back of a inclining bench. 45,50,55lbs. Get what reps I can get & just hold at the half way till it falls out of my control. Sounds like you have a good routine. Do you do 4 day rotations?
Mine is day1 shoulders,traps
Day2 back & bies
Day3 chest & tries
Day4 legs
Then repeat 7 days a week

wed. legs, shoulder, traps ive been working traps here and there on other days too
thurs. bis and back
fri chest and tris
rest on sat. and sun. these are family days.

its hard for me to work my legs a whole lot because of a back injury i had when i was younger but i do my best. i really want to get my chest and shoulders to grow but this bumb shoulder is killing me
