Thanks, Pale Rider. First cycle. Running 500mg of Test E per week. On week 8 now. Going to 10 weeks. Have Nolva and Clomid on hand for pct. Diet is apx 3000 calories per day. 40% protein, 40% carbs, 20% fat macro diet. Most of the carbs come from raw fruits and veggies. Working out 5 days per week. Singling out a muscle group per workout. A lot of compound lifts. Typically, 5 sets per exercise. Start at 12 reps on 1st set and end at 4 reps on 4th set.

Okay, bump to 12 weeks. Your diet needs work. Get rid of the fruits for now. I would hit up Catalyst or Irongame in the diet help thread in the general forum. What about cardio, I notice you didn't mention it. I know cardio sucks but you really should be hitting at least 30 minutes before you lift. It will help fuel the fat burning furnace and warm you up for lifting. Good luck bro

Get rid of the fruit and supplement for what for carbs? Rice? Potatoes? Bread? I'm totally fine doing cardio. I was training for a marathon earlier this year and was running 20 miles per week (no anabolics). Lost 20 pounds in 4 months. After my race, I decided to limit cardio to a single 5 mile run per week and strictly lift to put on mass. Will definitely take your advice and step the running back up.
